- We're in the UK for the British Freestyle BBQ Championships. When they say freestyle, they mean it too. All dishes must be cooked using fire and must fit on a platter that one person can carry. Other than that the format allows the pitmasters a lot of creative freedom to present their dishes in new and exciting ways.

Fantastic video as really showcases how good UK BBQ has become, I lent my smoker to the Jon & Andy at Korean Cow Girl and so pleased that those guys smashed it and won 1st for ribs 5:19

the only think i like about this idea is cook whatever... but ... the presentation shuld be standerdized to actualy show THE FOOD and nothing else
That’s the way to do it ! It’s pretty boring from what I’ve seen in the USA .
KCBS is a JOKE! They couldn't even judge their own competition this year. I think the Freestyle method is the way we should move forward.
