Relaxing music for studying, focus, for stress-relief, as a soundtrack during a massage, spa, for well-being, while designing the world of today and tomorrow, a background tune for your business, when reflecting, doing mind-work, coding, getting things done, in the evening when winding down for a healthy sleep, or just to relax and enjoy.
Title: Gentle Forces | Type: original fantasia piano music session
This one is inspired by the most beautiful and refreshing massage I ever received, on the evening of day three during a five day hike I recently did, allowing me to continue the challenging five day tour as planned, following my personal zest of life on a beautiful island in the Mediterranean Sea.
Gentle Forces, is a reflection about skill, art, way of doing things, immersion in a topic, passion, the will to serve, doing something with soul or beauty, maybe also mastering a topic, while applying only the forces needed in a sensitive manner: Being gentle is not about being weak. It is about the feedback we receive through our senses, about applying power or energy sensitively or delicately by choice when and where needed.
Energy can be released in tiny or huge amounts, and anything in between. We, in the role of the energy releasing individual, can do this in a very controlled way. Our built-in sensitive feedback system is partly given and partly a trainable capability. Beautiful results come from a controlled, sensitive, or as I call it, gentle release of energy.
We can observe it in race car driving, where historically drivers had to have a great feel for the forces the car communicates in order to be able to ride the vehicle on its edge. Huge forces at play there, but driver's input, especially on the gas pedal, must be very precise and rather well balanced. A great massage therapist, who has knowledge of the human body and a great feeling for the body of a client, and together with feedback from the client delivers a wonderful, regenerative, refreshing and relaxing massage. For piano players and other musicians it’s about feeling the instrument in order to be able to control the tone and emotion of the music. For those with communication needs it’s about knowing their topic, their intention, and having knowledge and a feeling for the receiving individual on the other side, when teaching or communicating. I believe getting a feeling for something and applying forces in a gentle way can be trained and used in many fields and situations. And not only in masterful situations. Also in simple everyday ones.
We can choose gentle words, a gentle tone, we can deliver our service in a gentle way, design products, software, spaces, or environments to be gentle with the planet, the environment, its species, and human beings. For example by designing or choosing stress-free and healthy products and services that are quiet or not audible at all and release less or no toxins. Or e.g. by designing or optimizing or choosing a software, a service, a law, a procedure that is gentle on the users’ mind, helping the rest of us to understand and use it with ease, and therefore go through our days with light and happy bodies and minds, conserving energy for the truly beautiful experiences in life.

As for me , a plant lover and animal lover, I would love to greet and smile at every animal I saw in the streets or anywhere else.. I love to enjoy myself in the nature, and witness the growth of my plants.. (usually in silence)
To be honest. If I ever have a chance, I wish to quit my job and be in a quieter and less stressful place (perhaps in a village) to continue living my life.
Very often human beings aren't being gentle even to their own families. Perhaps, awareness of gentleness is much needed in this era

Gentle forces, speaking firmly when necessary, yet not aggressively, it has been my habit not to hold a person responsible for the matter which is in question, yet lean against the situation which has sparked the debate. Giving the situation to responsibility thereby releasing the other party and putting them on the same side of the issue with me to clear the Path to our mutual passage through to the other side. Once reached, regardless of the methods used to arrive at the mutually agreed upon outcome, I take a moment to speak the other party's name respectfully and show gratitude for our joined success over the issue. These comments (& other channels & comments I have read on youtube) are so full of love, light and positivity. Humans are amazing! You are all amazing people! I must be feeling very emotional lately because all I want to do is shed tears when I read these beautiful comments. The other day I sat in a local club & had a lunch. I saw a man with 1 arm (And I guessed that he was a war veteran). I was blinking back the tears because it hit home, that these incredible people gave life to others by protecting what we all love so much in the world.. Realisation just came flooding in to me as to how it is possible to miss hidden realities in other people. No one knows what another soul is truly experiencing. I appreciated that moment. I also in the last week (during a lunch) saw a group of lovely young people with a baby. The man who was talking to the child was gentle and communicative. The child got many comments from passers-by and he was gurgling (talking) the whole time. One lady stopped and commented on the child saying he was beautiful and the young lady (I guess the mother) was polite and after finishing speaking to the elderly lady, said to her to have a lovely day. This sends me into seeing hope in the younger generation and the future; to pave a way of kindness, emotional intelligence and joy . You are incredible people! 🌷 ~ 💖 ~
