Its not luck, its just dependent on a few factors. Your reticle will increase if you are swaying your gun, moving while aiming, and your gun accuracy stat. Increasing your accuracy in the upgrade menu will go a long way.
I was good at counter strike and half life HOWEVER shooters on PS3 and PS4 needing this much precision and lack of time is just absurd. I managed S on 1A and missed two chests at the end. Analogue is trash compared to mouse.

I’m just glad you confirmed for me that S is the highest rank you can get on these mini games. I pulled an S in the first three (not sure if there’s more?) but it definitely took multiple attempts. Is it just me or are the shots off in this game??
