Probably a mix of all their stats, in mine Jarno is not performing as well as he maybe could. But I think his stats are generally pretty low compared to what the other drivers are like. It’s all like an algorithm that calculates the speed of that car/driver and where they place on the grid by mixing the performance of the car and the ‘skill’ of the driver. Who is your second driver?
How is my second driver finishing last every race when his focus is high. I cannot win the constructors.
