He says Sudetenland is his last territorial demand - it was not, he demanded Polish corridor later, too. He said he would respect Czech borders, he did not, he took over all of Czechoslovakia basically right after this speech.
But if you believe him, which Chamberlain apparently did, it explains that Chamberlain was OK with it. Turns out politicians lie and Hitler was a politician.

It is interesting that Hitler invoked Wilsonian principles of ethnic self determination as a justification for his desire to bring ethnic Germans into the Reich. They were the very principles that the victors used to redraw the map of Europe in 1919.
