Today wrapped up our Schwan's USA CUP Weekend Tournament. First we took a tour of our food truck offerings with our NSC Expert Taste Testers. Then we caught up with a Minnesota team playing in semi-finals, with a coach who has a close connection to the opposing team from Tokiwagi Japan.
