We plough to turn new nutrient soil up to the top & bury any remaining residues & weeds before new crop is drilled. It also depends on if we use minimum till for a couple of years it revives soil compaction in heavier land. 😉😊

Why is this soil ploughed? For weed control? It looks quite lovely already!
