with a 50 round drum in the handgun, you need swat teams or the national guard, even both until this stuff stops. With 5 armed guys jumping out of a car, patrolling the city with a one or 2 man car is way too dangerous. I think even people with conceal carry are afraid to walk the streets, their firearm could get stolen too.
