  • Here Dennis Bartram (Menkyo Kaiden) explains thr science behind the Taijutsu movements of his mentor Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi, with the concepts of Biotensegrity of Dr. Steven Levin (MD) and natural concepts of locomotion and Whole body power, and the 'Spinal Integration Theory' and how we utilised these principles in our natural terrain, around natural body movement (Taijutsu).
Our 3 Dimensional hand allows for Whole body power to move around many weapons (Taisabaki) when used correctly

As much as o like most of what you are saying you obviously dont know much about medival fighting or western fighting beafore that. While it's true that there where formations they would allso break up at some point and then there wold start a mellea which was anything but one dimensional. Armourd cavalry would mount off and fight on foot , archers would allso get into the frey (study ajincourt)
