For the rain bit where it didn't spread up the scaffolding: "Rain_" type spells normally check the center of their cast, and then spots adjascent to any existing surface for each bit they spread. "Rain" checks for any water surfaces, including steam clouds, where "Blood Rain" checks for any blood surfaces. his means that casting "Rain" or "Blood Rain" repeatedly onto the exact same spot allows you to spread surfaces far outside of the initial cast circle, as the skill keeps checking spots adjascent to the surface existing, not just spots adjascent to the surface and inside the target circle. Since the center of the cast was on the ground below the scaffolding, it spread further and further from that spot, but only at the bottom of the scaffold. According to the AI map, there is a gap in the walkable terrain there, so the water cannot spread up, unless the whole floor is water and it can spread up the ramp to the side.

@@LebensmudeI actually do this a lot! I’m still pretty bad at saying out loud what I’m thinking while playing, so I’ll just give it a shot and if I hate it, I’ll just record new voice audio for it. I’m slowly getting better and able to keep more and more of my original recordings!
I usually start the magister fight by trying to take the book by magister Siwan 3 times. She damn near kills me with her wands but if I can avoid the dog then I'm usually good
