Yeah it's absolutely wild how much you pay for it in the states, when countless 3rd world miliitas and armies still run this gun cheaply. Theirs are likely older by several decades, but they still work. There's a reason almost 80 years after it's creation it's one of the most popular guns in the world. It just works no matter what you throw at it

The NFA registry for fully automatic weapons was merely closed on May 19th, 1986 when the Hughes Amendment was slipped into the Firearm Owners Protection Act by anti-gun politicians. The assault weapon ban was a separate thing affecting scary features and magazine capacity that sunset in 2004.

Gotta love how these full auto AKs that go for tens of thousands of dollars in the US, they go for 250-350$ where I'm at. On the other hand, ARs and modern pistols, Glocks and whatnot, go for thousands of dollars a piece.

It is but a dream for most of us to own an automatic weapon pre-1986 ban. Im sure there is probably some loophole somewhere under a mountain of paperwork, but in practical terms, no, unless you own a company that manufactures arms for government contracts.

In the Army i was shooting our own (Hun) Ak variant AK63D and AK63F semi and fullauto! It is a flippin awesome gun!

The 762 round seems to transfer a lot of force into the target, judging by how those walls fell. I can imagine a good vest stopping a bullet, but then giving you a full body bruise from all that energy being transferred.
seen a video comparing 556 and 7.62x39 on a plate with clay behind the plate, the hole in the clay from the 7.62 transfer was 4 times the size, maybe even larger than that
7.62x39 hits like a truck, but unfortunately has the ballistic coefficient of a fucking rock. So short-mid ranges, it is the more effective cartridge, but rapidly loses what energy it has, compared to 5.56x45 which has an excellent ballistic coefficient. Hence why the new SIG SPEAR is in a cartridge going right down the middle.

Full auto is just impractical for the every day gun owner. What is the underlying factor in drooling so hard for it? Really?
As much of a laugh as this video is, most of the time the only real reason for full auto is for dumb stuff like this at a range. You will not need full auto in 99% of the times the gun is in your hands. Aimed single shots is always better, which you can clearly see when full auto is used. Unless you are built like a tank, or a master like Brandon is, you are going to have a hard time with it - at least for 7.62. 5.56 with less recoil is more accurate, so let's put full auto's in the hands of teenagers and young adults. You want full auto - join the army.
Full auto might be fun at a range (that has them) with your buddies, but if full auto guns are sold fulfilling the wet dreams of some 2A people, they will be used against people and another thing police have to worry about quicker than you realize, it is why full auto guns were banned. Police did not want them on the streets since the mobsters used them against them. The police have to deal with enough imported arms and illegally modified guns, putting a flood of legal full auto's is not going to help. The bad guys will get them again.
No one would want to volunteer to be on the receiving end of the fun full auto noises coming out of a gun. The last thing police or some wannabe hero want to deal with when facing an active shooter is "full auto suppressing fire". Unless they counter full auto - with full auto. Might as well send in the army at that point.

Do one concrete bag retaining wall style...where you just build up a bunch of bags then spray it down with a hose.
@@SomeGuysGarage yea exactly both just stacked like the sand was here and make one all wet, because I always thought using concrete would be a good sand replacement since you might be able to use it like sand, but for extra fortification you can spray it down and make it solid.
