If we take money from the Treasury it's usually because the Treasury has said it's OK in the first place or we have anticipated an event the Government has failed to respond adequately to. The problem is sadly a combination of misinformation and agendas.
The UK is currently ranked 3 on the international index of Trade Union freedoms after 14 years of the Tories which basically means we have regular infringements and violations on Trade Union rights and freedoms and essentially puts us on par with Russia. I check online the highest pay is 63k a year before tax for train drivers with years of experience, starting is 24k a year. 63k a year after tax is 46k so they loose almost 18k a year which goes to funding the country. They pay a lot more tax than any billionaire in the country and alot of the mp’s in the former government who avoided paying any tax. That seems fair??

The public sector and utilities sector have been overpaid since Brown was Chancellor and need a pay cut back to the old ratios in order for the country to start functioning properly again along with abolishing the interest rate completely. The private sector excluding the utilities including rail needs a pay rise the public services and utilities do not. This was a grave error of judgement by Labour and will make the cost of living crisis worse for ordinary people.
