also join a gym where theres already previous UFC fighters actively training there. this is how you know where you are in terms of skill and it will test your mentality, to get into the ufc usually requires connects. you want a gym who is already ready to provide you with everything you need to make it, all you have to do is show up and grind.
I appreciate the advice. My head coach is a 21 fight UFC vet, preparing for his next one with the promotion. I also train with Ultimate Fighter winner Ricky Turcios. Those around me have paved the way, all I need to do is execute 👊
@@JadenMacKinnon yep and let them be your guide to get there. Very lucky bro Alex and Ricky are good dudes. Even Joe Hendershot is a cool dude too. Keep being yourself and listen to your coaches and... YOU'LL definitely get there before you expected it because like you said you got Alex and Ricky by your side but again just keep going and grinding before then. It'll come to you before you know it I promise you.
You rich mf 😂 no bs I’m rooting for you bro. I’m a amateur fighter 3-0 in kickboxing and got mma debut coming up oct 19. You definitely got this bro. If you’re able to be training without having to worry all the time about a job or working everyday then take a hugeeee advantage homie. I’m 25, work in roofing and try to train everyday I can but still put in at least 10 hours a week but I have no social life and it’s hard trying to make a relationship work when I’m always working and training. Use your time wisely now that you can and you won’t regret it 4 years from now when you prob go pro.
Good job knowing what you want at such an early age. I hate being one of those “internet experts,” but you asked at the end of the video so I’m gonna give it. You’re leaning back too much on your rear roundhouse, if someone’s smart, they’ll time it just right and beat you to it with their lead teep if you have an open stance. So basically since your southpaw, if they were ortho, that’s what they would do
Looking good, man. That’s a solid routine, but honestly, it’s a pretty light day for someone trying to be a professional. I train harder, and I’m just a random guy who loves the sport, stays in shape, and happens to run a company with a 65-person team while working 10-12 hours a day. Here’s what my typical day looks like: - Wake up and do yoga with my teacher at my house. - Eat a quick meal, then head to Muay Thai for a 60-minute session. - Go straight into Jiu-Jitsu for a 90-minute session. - Hit the sauna place near my house for a shower, sauna, and ice bath. - Eat quickly, then work for 10-12 hours, late into the night. I do this five days a week. On Saturdays, I usually go light with an 8-mile run, and Sundays are my rest days but I still might swim or do some mobilty work. Like I said that's just me being an average Joe not even looking to compete. I live in Dubai and train with a lot of russians who want to be professional fighters. They train way, way, way harder than me. That's your competition, don't let them out work you.
You’re really young bro fighting is on average doesn’t last very long. For the love of God please put your money on a high yield savings account and also put in as much money as you can into retirement (Roth IRA)
Bro, do this as a hobby, go to school, and get a good career. This sport is for savages , you already live in a nice house and drive a nice car, do something else while you can n youre young . Keep training to stay in shape n to defend yourself

@@JadenMacKinnon awsome then it sounds like everything is aligned stay healthy and positive. Believe in yourself you got this 👍
In the nicest possibly way, why train in the gi? I feel like you would get a lot more from training a wrestling class/no-gi class and switch that out.

how do you afford to train full time
I work nights and live with my mom. Second one is a big saver lol, still have to pay bills though.

this video isn’t close to an average training day
Why are you training in a gi if you compete in MMA?
Gotta do it all. I do most of my grappling no-gi though. I wasn’t a believer of gi bjj at first, but working it more will improve your game overall.
How do I make money
Get a job, I work overnights at a grocery store
"full time" "trains 2h a day"
2-3 sessions a day does not equal 2-3 hours a day. maybe in this video yeah, but i’m not going to show sparring or any serious work.
Wrestling grappling > BJJ
I had my wrestling career lol, you have to know both.
You need to go to dagehstan if you want to be ready for UFC😂😂
“send him 3-4 years Dagestan and forget”
@ why you stop posting vidéo ?
