it seems that there is not much benefit of getting a certificate by paying Rs 29500 .
Fee should be reduced by IEI.
Milkman know milk important, Chartered Engineers provider Know it's important so IEI will never reduce fee.

No benefit of this certificate if you don't have any hold in the govt.Chartered engineers are one of the wealthiest in the country because of their rapport with govt.They are very less in number but they are there...merely taking a certificate won't help if you don't have good communication,technical and other skills which are called expertise.If you have a network then only proceed unless money will be wasted.

I have worst score in B Tech because of working after diploma

What’s the difference between AMIIE , IIE Delhi and AMIE ?? Both are same ?

Whereas IEI , Kolkata ( AMIE) is a professional Societies which was recognised by Government from independent India

Diploma+ Part time/Full BTech is acceptable, but distance BTech is ban by Government after 2009.
