I haven't heard of that one yet! Better Call Saul is still on my list of TV shows to watch (currently, I am on Seinfeld and Mythic Quest) but now I have to listen to her voice! 🙈 PS: Breaking Bad was AMAZING!

so why do we have to learn this?

Hi there! Pure mathematics may seem like it has no real world applications but it most certainly does. Composite functions are just a fancy way of finding out one calculation, and then using that answer to perform another calculation. Take buying a shirt. Let's say that the shirt was on sale for 20%. While you're waiting in line to purchase it, you figure out how much will the shirt cost with the discount. This is one calculation. Then you know that there is going to be sales tax that will be put onto the purchase (roughly around 8% of total price) so you also try to figure that out with the new discounted price. This is composite functions since you used the answer in your first calculation to find out the answer to the second calculation! Hopefully this helps!
