can't wait to get my cards, I've ordered mine straight from japan before the prices increase
Tfw the irl game has better Legendary rates than the online game
Also the Spell token is for Rose Queen I believe,.
Man with each video and piece I see on this game, the more I really really want this game to get localized globally
Waiting for the English release!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
wouldve like to know what wyvern cavalier does in the tcg
Just here to show my love and support
You say you get a lot but the fact that you only got 6 legendaries when there is 22 in the set is a little oof to me. Granted I don't know how many of those are the evolved versions, and don't know for deck building if you run max in your evolve deck or if it is just one ofs, but it doesn't seem that favorable, especially if the card in question is a playset card. Maybe the fact that it is a playset of three evens it out compared to other bushi card games but who knows. Definitely interested after your third box how many cards you got playsets of for the silvers and up.
You're also going to run fewer cards at full playsets compared to other card games due to costs and search power (like as good as a card like D-shift is, it's a 1 of since you can't really play it more than once and Merlin can get it for you). Most of your 3-ofs are going to be simple low-or-mid cost bronze and silvers most likely and 2-3 core legends/golds. Running anything 6 cost or higher at 3 is real iffy unless it's absolutely essential AND you can't search it. Vanguard is very different because of how dependent cards are on each other to work, the fact you have very minimal search power, triggers make decks bricky, and damage checks can rip cards right out of your deck. The main points of concern are the Evolve deck (you can't evolve too often either but you probably still want options and that could get pricey) and just are they gonna print enough product to meet demand. The pull rates generally seem fine outside of that, quite generous actually.
excited for this to (hopefully) get a English release! I loved the early game of Shadowverse so even just for collecting purposes I'd love to get these.
I'm so excited for this! Can't wait for the english release! I hope when Darkness Evolved drops I can make an Enstatued Seraph Haven deck! It's the first Legendary I pulled!
Whaaaaaat I had no idea shadowverse got a physical version now!!
I think what's neat about evolved is fans of shadowverse who don't wanna play evolved can still grab theie fav cards to just have them for collectors purposes. Digital game isn't forever but they can have these cards still.
Tried the mobile version and it was really interesting.
Might give this a try once we get an English release
huh, I remember playing this on steam a few years ago, but I didn't really understand it and dropped it. So it is a real tcg now? Looks interesting
Art looks awesomee
Are these cards small or standard size?
Standard!
I wish the cards are abit thicker. Really like the game as tcg however I have mixed feeling about the pull rates. For me, it is hard enough to pull three LR (Base form) of the same cards from boxes. We also may need to pull three evolve forms of that card (may not need all three). The prices are crazy now so hopefull they get lower in the future.
cant wait to play D-shift, the art work realy brings back the nostalgia. Nice vids bro keep up the good work :)
It took me back like what year..... 2016 eh? I forgot I started in JP version then move to global version, dragon main FTW! And Forte is the best waifu.
Got into this through the switch game which I love and couldn't gel with the mobile (though it's probably because none of my friends play) Can't wait to try this in a physical form!
Also can't wait for Alvert the Levin! That guy was my absolute favorite and will definitely simp this game when he and Golden Warrior come out!
Out of curiosity this seems to be reflective of the first set mixed with the second of the switch game right?
Have you tried to play it in your local? Doesnt it hard for you to get used to all of the rules?
Been playing all week, it’s super easy to get used to it after just 1 game
This is so awesome!
I pray it come out in english one day cause i need to purchase and make a claamities decks
Are you doing "how to play this game" video? Please answer.
Yeah friend and I will probably do a game video with each step explained
Will this get an english release?
Based on what Cygames said, if the game proves to be popular in Japan then they might make an English release. So it's in considerations, the biggest obstacle is that although digital Shadowverse is very popoular in Japan, it isn't nearly as much popular in the west so this is a reason for being hesitant (though I'd argue their lack of advertising in last few years is one of reasons why it isn't more popular)
it's official card?
Yes 😊
It's really fascinating how they've buffed and changed the old digital version's cards. Some of the new variants are quite powerful, or would be in the digital, so I wonder if fundamentally changing the game's rules has really levelled them out I guess.
it buffs some and nerfs others.
spelboost, in particular, is interesting in that it works as a limited resource that you generate over the course of the game (by playing spells, duh), which changes a lot of famously strong spellboost cards to be much weaker, like with the case of Dimension Shift. Not only they basically made it so the spell would only costs 7 whenever you apply Spellboost to it, the limited resource nature of Spellboost makes chaining multiple dshifts a heavy investment that you really, REALLY have to make sure you can get lethal through it.
Wonder if the TCG will add in all of the main Followers from the Shadowverse anime. The CCG only has Brilliant Fairy, Dark Emperor and Ignis Dragon. Also, wonder if the legendary followers will make a appearance in the TCG (I.E: Infiniflame Dragon and the others because I forgot their names.)
wdym, the CCG has every main follower from the anime
CCG has more than those three for anime followers, legendaries and non-legendaries.
Super excited to see shadowverse come out with a physical form. I adore the ccg and the switch game so now I can obsess over the TCG version now. My only gripe it seems they are using the censored art versions of cards which is a bit of a turn off for me cause bushi usually is pretty good about not censoring their art.
damn when they did they make a actual card game???
I thought it's just online card came 😅
Just a couple weeks ago!
If/when this gets English release definetly gonna play it more. I think it’s the lack of sticking with the game on phone that put me off and feel so lost at times every time I redownload it
I'm kinda really excited about this game but thinking (actually mostly hoping) that the prices don't stay this high when it comes to the West and this is largely just because they didn't quite anticipate demand and the sets get reprinted/get bigger prints. The pull rates are actually really good so as long as they can make enough product it shouldn't be too bad. But I can't be regularly shelling out for non-evolved and evolved playsets of cards like Merlin or Cerberus unless drops happen, especially playing Vanguard on top of it all.
The prices here are slowly starting to drop off now since the initial hype is starting to settle, but yeah it’s just a huge supply and demand issue
I hope we get a Virtual Client like we do in Vanguard for Cardfight Area; would be cool to play digitally with the legit TCG Cards and get a good feel ahead of time.
Luci magnet
I must play shadowverse
i just open the subscribtion page and this just popped up lol
Wanted to see this to get to know ratios. Pretty good memories and then D-shift appeared and I turned to be a nightmare. I hate that card. Good thing is very much balanced in here, same as Mordecai
ZASSHU
Don't play these games we're is deletors
