    Got sent this add a lot by people so here are my thoughts
    I’m all for trying to think of ways we can potentially accumulate more activity / calories expended in our days for the most part
    But, sometimes trying to do multiple things at once isnt all that effective or efficient.
    So you need to way up the pros and cons
    Wearing tights with more resistance to get more cals burned could sound ok in theory or ok for some people. But, is it really needed?
    Does having more resistance during your daily tasks and fatiguing the legs for long periods of time really mean superior fat loss? To say, just doing your tasks quickly since you don’t need to think about your legs burning
    Quickly, get those tasks done since you don’t have an annoying resistance on your legs slowing the process down
    Then book. You finished 10 minutes quicker and have a touch more time to do more efficient training
    Something I love is steps! Daily step targets are awesome
    Often, with new clients they are doing 3-4000 steps a day only. I ask if they can do 8000 or so and they say it’s impossible they have no time.
    I then give them simple small tips like take the stairs. Park a little further away. Get off the bus one stop earlier.
    Very small changes and then boom, they have doubled their steps with almost no real effort of impact on their daily tasks.
    Another thing I think is, offering a long minimum resistance, is that just taking away and generating more fatigue from doing some split squats at home and some body weight hip thrusts etc
    It’s not just about a resistance. It’s choosing a resistance which can actually be measured. A resistance that we can progress. A resistance that can lead to adaptations
    1+1 does not always equal 2 in training.
    Sometimes just doing 1 thing well at a time. Can then mean actually getting more done in the day due to the increase in quality
    But hey I could be wrong?
    What’s your thoughts people? Am I crazy lol

    None of what you’ve listed works for moms with small children. Just saying. I highly doubt these pants work but taking the stairs with a stroller or parking further away when you have a toddler time bomb just aren’t options.

    I would rather see results/documentation on thicker more plump women in their process. Lil skinny women talking about losing weight is redundant to me.
