    Excellent idea Lee, when you sent me the photo with just canes in a circle I had no idea what you were planning. It looks fantastic and it’s a lovely focal point in the centre of your garden. Barry obviously likes it to. I am very impressed once again. 🥰 Mum

    Looks great! It would be such a nice place to gather around, with a cocktail or beer, and have great conversation.
    Also, more Barry! Don’t know if he’s your dog, but you never go wrong with a dog in your video.

    This is brilliant. Love the moss on the rocks, very rustic.

      @Gardenninja  4 года назад

      Thanks Liz. You can always add natural yogurt to rocks to encourage moss. In a few weeks you’ll find all sorts growing on it if you want to moss up your fire pit. Must be natural and not sugar free or diet yogurt though! Happy gardening! Lee

    I just knew you had plans for the center! This is wonderful. I like the way the rocks in the fire pit echo the rocks in the gabions.

    Really impressive, have you got any water features in your garden , or any planned?

    • @Gardenninja
      @Gardenninja  4 года назад +1

      Hi Big D. I’ve got various water bowls around the garden for wildlife and for focal points. Still got some areas of the garden to design so you never know! I may go nuts and design a big water feature! Happy gardening. Lee

    Another inspirational video Lee, thanks! On a different subject I have a question about growing climbers from seed. I'm a novice but thought I'd give it a try. After a month of cold stratifying I have now put them back in the greenhouse. During this process I have lost track of where the seeds are within the compost, but they're now in a tray. They are the Perennial, Scottish Flame Flower and germination is apparently very slow. Do you have any advice on succeeding with these?

    • @Gardenninja
      @Gardenninja  4 года назад +1

      Hi Jack. Thanks for the comment and kind words. What I would say is that stratified seeds can be hit and miss and patience will be your best friend. I’ve had some take months to germinate. Don’t panic too much I’d give them some time. Then when the conditions are just right they will germinate. You’ll no doubt be rewarded!! Hope that helps and happy gardening. Lee
