Sadly her toxic friend "addiction" took her away.
I know her (Addiction I mean).. she is such a relentless b*tch.
And it's not a choice, so as soon as we stop using, and get help or treatment and/or therapy, we know it's a life long battle anyway.
As the smokers who never gonna be non smoker but "former smokers".
Life is rough, and many many many ppl are using, so it's hard to find a friend who is totally clean, and maybe that's also what made it hard for her.
Addiction is all around, but nobody admits it.
If not "you", your friends or fam are. But still, ppl call users junkie, and point fingers.
Hope things finally gonna change.
But in the meantime, I'm glad music is there to ease things and smooth the edges. 100% natural high, through dopamin and endorphins ^^

This song was how i felt while in active addiction i was overdosing and ruining my body. I refused to go to rehab for anyone. I didnt care about my life i had already been to rehab twice j had gone to a detox clinic 7 times.
Then something changed. My last overdose changed something inside me
I went to rehab for my 3rd and last time. Stayed there for 80 days. Im a year and 5 month clean now

I left rehab after 17 days my sister passed away at 5:17 am oct 1 my phone call came at 3am she only had a few more hrs if I hadn't of left I would have never known everything happens for a reason I'm clean and I'm staying clean thanks to my music

Hope the next gen (I'm soon to be 35..) gonna finish what the previous generations tried to change (and still does).
Addiction touches every family, or circle and ppl as diverse as you and I, from all backgrounds.
When we have it, or develops it, addiction is a sickness we have to live with for ever.
(Like smokers who quits..they are not non smokers but a former smoker, and some gonna get triggered their all life)
So, all that to say: be kinder, be wiser, don't judge users or addicts based on prejudices. If you can, volunteer in centers or hospitals.
