If you loose $100 on a $10000 job, that $100 is worth just as much than if you lost it on a $100 job. Sure it feels worse on the $100 job, but at the end of the day, your bank has $100 less in it. You find 100 ways to save that 100 dollars in a year, and Bam! $10000 for free.
Sure, but if you're running a 2.5min cycle time, thats 7 weeks of work. 1.5 hrs over 2 months is really small.

5000 parts, not 1000. 5000 seconds / 60 seconds = 83 minutes
