RUS Webinar: Altimetry with Sentinel-3 using BRAT - Part 1 - OCEA06

An introduction on radar altimetry will discuss the Low Resolution Mode (LRM) and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) processing schemes in combination with the analytical and empirical retracking strategies used to produce the typical estimates included in altimetry products. In BRAT, altimetry estimates in the coastal zone will be discussed underlining the importance of correctly applying the geophysical corrections.
