    Is it normal that this hurts on your biceps as hell due to the squeeze? :D Unfortunately I only have travel-straps attached to the belts of my gymnastic rings to practice this. That might as well be the problem.

      no it will definitely squeeze your arms a lot, i have massive bruises on my biceps rn haha

      for people that want to know this: it hurts, but it will hurt less, the more experience you have with the trick.
