The BAL level was never confirmed by police or prosecutors at any point. The figure 0.227 comes from an idol case from 2 or 3 years ago where a public figure crashed a car and caused property damage. It is not from Yoongis case!
0.227 is black out drunk and you cannot function. It is clear from the video that Yoongi was not even close to this. He drove slowly and safely past members of the public and 3 police officers who were all unconcerned.
This is my opinion but I believe that his BAL was just over the minimum limit. He is shown to be coordinated and you honestly cannot tell that he's been drinking.
