I would recommend the 340+ mob route for boosting - that route is essentially this (I missed 1 pack of worms and 1 pack of slimes), but without Princess. It should only take 14mins and easier to do.
You can cold snap, ice barrier or use a nature protection potion to avoid interruption as well. SWFS classic.wowhead.com/item=19355/shadow-wing-focus-staff is actually better than my HWL staff for aoe farming lol

It should still be working, I've had Princess disappeared on some of my runs as well. I believe it's similar to how slimes reset
