Hello joe. I want some help I have been experiencing pain in the side delt of my shoulder from one month. Actually I had bench pressed too much one day. Since that day my shoulder hurts if I bring my arm in overhead press range of motion. I went to a doctor too and he gave me some medicines and told me not to move my arm for 1 week. But this helped only when I was resting. Everytime I give my shoulder rest for 2-3 days, it doesnt hurt then. But whenever I shoulder press or benchpress again in the gym, my shoulder again starts hurting after I reach home. Please help. I have not worked out my shoulders for 1 month. My shoulders are getting thinner
