Without looking at it I wouldn't know for sure but I'm guessing it's more domestic dog than coyote. "Experts" trying to control the deer population tried and failed at creating a habitat for reintroducing wild wolves so they fell back on genius move number two. They crossbred coyote with domestic dog "to improve the chance of survival" and then let them loose. Purebred coyotes are scavengers with zero fear of humans while wolves know humans equal death so livestock are the only casualties that affect people. As the decades have passed these crossbreds have gathered unfixed pet dogs to their ranks (some as large as mastiffs have been seen in these "packs" and I'm told that because they've become such a problem there's permits that can be bought to shoot any that are recurring visitors on your land.) One of the most frustrating things about this botched project is the deer population isn't affected at all! Science isn't my strong suit but compared to these "experts" I'm a rocket scientist😒

The Elephants' mythical fear of rodents such as mice is also somewhat based upon fact as the Mythbusters discovered that the Elephants not only noticed the mice but were shown to be cautious of them and actively avoided stepping on them! However, they didn't panic & flee like they often do in cartoons! Also, Hippopotamus definitely proves that even herbivores can be even more dangerous than predators, which makes the idea that Jurassic Park could have avoided problems by only bringing back herbivores (many herbivores like Triceratops & Stegosaurus have adaptations that could make predators think twice about killing them unless they were injured, young, or old)!

If you ask me, the Orca is the Lion of the Ocean.
The Great White is the Leopard.
Both are highly effective predators in their own right.
One is much smaller, hunts alone, and flees the other by climbing up a tree/diving deep down into the ocean.
The other is much larger, hunts the largest of prey in packs, and is known for its vocalisations.

Have to agree with you about Orcas because in real life Orcas actually hunt Great Whites together....targeting them and have been killing them to the point that where Whites used to frequent....they don't really hang out anymore because they're so afraid and on top of that a movie has been in the works for awhile and is now in pre production called "ALPHAS"....Synopsis....After the government shuts all attempts to cull a Great White feeding ground off of their coast, the only option left is to introduce their natural enemy into those same waters, led by a damaged and unpredictable Killer Whale.

The Honey Badger wasn’t looking for a fight. He was actually just breaking out to see if he could and would then break into his caretaker’s house (his caretaker had raised him since infancy). The only reason he got into a fight with the lions was one night he accidentally got into their enclosure and they attacked him, resulting in him being injured enough to spend a few days at the vet’s. So once he was returned he broke into their enclosure again that night on purpose to get revenge, which he did.

That’s because they are not and it’s over exaggerated. They are wary of dolphin pods, as sharks are solitary creatures and dolphins live and hunt in larger groups, and sharks won’t engage a group of dolphins because it wouldn’t stand a chance as the whole pod would turn on them immediately. Now, what dolphins miss in raw strength relative to sharks, they make up in speed and agility. Bottlenose dolphins are faster than most sharks, especially the larger ones such as GW, tiger and bull, with the exception of Makos, and their body shape and vertical tail make them very agile, they can change their swimming direction pretty fast unlike sharks, and they will keep ramming their snouts into shark’s body potentially causing serious injuries and death; shark wouldn’t even try fighting them, it would swim away. However, sharks are not afraid of individual dolphins and often attack them when they are separated from their pods, especially during crater feeding when their snouts are stuck in the sand and they aren’t aware of their surroundings. When an isolated dolphin gets attacked by a shark, provided they survived the initial attack, they will just try their best to get away, they know they aren’t a match for the sharks without the protection of their pod.

Growing up in rural Maine, our corgi used to go nuts and run outside to chase black bears out of our garden all the time too. They're generally just afraid of anything that isn't afraid of them.

Fun fact: orcas can’t dive as deep as a shark, so for shark to escape an orca, it has to dive deeper then the to not be dinner

Dolphins and sharks leave each other alone but if their soft belly meet the nose of the dolphins the shark will die

To suffocate a shark all you have to do is stop it from moving. Without movement all fish are unable to sufficiently oxygenate their blood. Also, in New Zealand there’s actually a few pods of dolphins that work in tandem with fisherman. The dolphins get their fill and the fisherman get their catch as well! Smart, brainy mammals are trouble!

The donkey’s bray warning is probably especially effective towards coyotes since like many dog species, they have notoriously good hearing

I can think of one way a cat might win against a gator: By jumping on the back of a gator and keep clawing until they kill or injure it enough; Side note they could jump off the gator before it gets too the water

Bit funny you showed all the big cat stats for the males, when the females do the hunting. Did you not see that lioness riding an elephant like she was a saddle?! 😂
