Why won't anyone show how to remove the stator from the case\cover. That is all i need to know. It's pressed on and i don't want to break something. I just need advice anout how to get it off the case without damaging it or the case.
@@johnstonstix I got it off. It wasn't the bolts that are a problem. I can fix anything I just didn't know if the stator was press fit or if it just popped out. It was simple, two Allen wrenches and very little pressure and it came right out. I didn't want to damage it if it is a press fit. I have had a time trying to find a stator and pick up coil. The stator is fine so in the event I could only find a pick up coil and not a stator I wanted to keep in tact.

I guess I skipped over the removal. at 00:19 seconds I mentioned two T30 torqs in center of stator to remove it.
