Hindustani music..aalap concentrates on fewer notes at a time..whereas in Carnatic music, combination of notes is more..more notes are combined in a musical phrase, plus flat notes are used to the minimum.
What has happened to FEA? Their audio is wonderful as well, Only unacceptable thing is that there are too many unskippable ads in between of the video.

Some audio levels, especially where some members of the audience interact with the artistes, were not captured at adequate levels and had to be boosted in post. This resulted in the room ambience (and the white noise) being amplified. Apologies for the less than optimal sound quality. But we hope the stellar content makes up for this inadequacy.
That makes sense. The earlier videos were so flawless, so I had very high expectations I guess. The content surely is amazing, looking forward to the next part!
