I re-reviewed the instructions and you are correct: no real difference although they'll use the Wonka bars to essentially give you a Bonus Guarantee if they need to. And now that you mention it, there isn't a HUGE number of unique bonuses on the game, but the Winko board adds different features to them depending on what you hit. But you need to hit "power up" first and then the bonus associated with it, for it to help you. As you say, very rare indeed!
