i mean for rural roads without speed signs, we can do 100km/h depending on situations..... if that piece of road is designated 'slow' speed then normally around 50-60km

Batons are regularly used to assist direct traffic just makes it more clear as to where the cop is pointing.

WTF at 7:49, she says "we are doing a bike inspection". If you do not have a legitimate reason for pulling someone over it is against the law! Was he lane splitting? NO Was he speeding? NO. They can not stop you just because they want to inspect your motorcycle, unless it maybe fits some stolen motorcycle description. What they did was wrong, its pathetic, and why do all six of them have to be crowding around him. They aren't even focusing on the other cars anymore, look how hard they are working!
Also why the hell does that gray haired cop have his stick out and why does he keep grabbing the motorcyclists arm? Yea, tell him to pull over, don't force his handle bars that way, let the motorcyclist drive so he doesn't fall over. Not like its a huge deal, its incredibly stupid though. If you can't or don't want to take it to court at least get the cops names because they have to tell you and you can send the video to the police chief and or mayor too, doesn't look very good how they performed and surrounded you like that.
They'll just investigate themselves and find no wrongdoing, like they always do...
I read somewhere in the comments above that the person being pulled over can plea the Fifth Amendment. I'm not in the US, so I don't know if it's true... But I know they can't pull you over without probable cause. A "random bike inspection" is bullshit, they're just trying to find the tiniest thing to give the rider a ticket and meet their quota. And when a biker calls out on bullshit, they can't do anything because they'll be crowded by *way too many cops*.
I know this is probably an unpopular opinion, but why don't they just fuck off with that bullshit and use the police resources where it actually matters. There could be someone being mugged a mile away for all they know, but nah, they gotta send out several cops to *"SERVE AND PROTECT"* against motorcyclists.

*I'm not a biker but I know this works, putting rare Earth magnets like neodymium under your frame will always trigger the lights for you. Bikes don't have a lot of surface area, so the coils that look for a magnetic change when a car pulls up doesnt always catch bikes because they're a lot smaller.*

Where I live, there is a law that allows motorcycles to go through a red light if you've been waiting for it to turn green for an unreasonable amount of time (provided it is safe to do so).

When cops say you are speeding, and you ask how fast you were going and they say " a lot faster than the speed limit" or something of that nature instead of saying the speed. That means they didn't clock you, meaning you're free to leave.

Collin Suire no they are not unconstitutional although is may seem like it the supreme court has ruled in favor of things like sobriety checkpoints even though there is no probable cause that doesnt stop this from being a highly debated issue among state legislature.
Yes, unlike what some clueless people will tell you, a checkpoint is unconstitutional due to the simple fact that the stops don't meet the reasonable suspicion requirement.

There are certain states that have provisions for when your bike doesn't trip a sensor. I believe in Washington, if you have been waiting for more than a certain length of time, and the coast is clear, you can safely proceed through a red light.

The light thing is actually allowed in KY. I forget the exact time limit if it doesn't cycle but if it cycles twice without allowing you to go, you can run it if it's safe to do so. As in if you were turning Right on Red safe.

ah yes... the English are not free citizens as we are in the states. they are "loyal subjects of the queen"...and the clip before, i lived in NY for six months and it was freakin hell and i never got stopped by motorcycle inspection, that is freakin BS! i was so miserable living there that i started playing the lottery just like all the locals, didnt win but left town anyway with 350 dollars in my pocket and a credit card. made it to arizona with no money, no gas and nowhere to go and have never been happier for 16 years and now i own a home and land here. not the best place to live but leaps and bounds better than NY and CT where i lived before
