I was STRUGGLING with my serve. Everyone tried to give me their 2 cents. It was making me more tense and my serves got worse. I'm playing at a 3.5 level but can't serve. Tried the bounce serve......got even worse. I know it was a mental block. Your videos Really helped me. I tap the ball with my paddle before I serve and stand and move the way you said to. Same happened with me. A guy I was playing against pulled me to the side and gave me this mini lesson on my stance and using my hips to get more power. It took me a couple weeks to get my serve back. Now I’m slowly incorporating my whole body, but my main focus is on my grip and topspin. I get it in almost every time, and I almost always force my opponents back or to the side. It’s nice watching it go high like it’s going out and then suddenly dive down. I get plenty of aces against people at my level. Now I can watch those power/megaspin servers hit it long or into the net and just shake my head.
Great content. I find a drop serve to be very consistent for me. I can really move through the ball and get a really good consistent top-spin on the ball.
I love hitting nice and easy loopy topspin serves that land deep, especially to people who stand on the baseline. I usually a get 3+ free points because they’re trying to hit it right at their feet. I can hit about 49/50 in and in the back 1/3 of the box, with essentially no effort, just like Connor showed. I’m always shocked at how well this works at 3.0-3.5 level.
Sometimes when I’m crushing deep topspin serves, lower level players just won’t think to move back and I win a bunch of points off of them. I usually feel bad and stop on my own.
My accuracy on my serve has declined since I’ve been trying to hit top spin? Do I need hit forward and then brush up? Also any suggestions on keeping a loose grip , but at same time keeping firm wrist and straight arm and be loose.

Found if stand more or less in the direction for the serve and make sure the paddle is pointed in the direction you want the pickle ball to go, then make a a smooth swing. I went from less than 50% serves to 90%. Not perfect but a lot better
