Right? She's also the brain of the group. While everybody is always so eager to just go and fight, she's always the one who starts to think and provides the best plans. She was the one who managed to deal with Acologia's physical body by using the "Fairy Sphere". She was also the one who used Gemini to free her friends from the hands of Jacob Lessio. Nothing would work without Lucy! 💕😭
The fact that Lucy is fighting her heart out with Jackal while the Celestial Spirit King keeps holding onto Lucy's magic power to stay in the real world fighting Mard Geer. How great can Lucy be?

@better than gucci and mind you moments before summoning him she was keeping 3 golden key spirits out at once, and had summoned 3 other golden gate spirits shortly before all this (Taurus and Aries against Franmalth, Sagittarius I think was some time between franmalth and this) I always thought of her as honestly having the highest magic power quantity out of anybody in the fairy tail guild short of Mavis and Makarov. None of this golden keys are cheap on how much magic power they take from their user and she is capable of summoning multiple ones at a time easily.
@@howlingzangetsu yeah people have always bashed her for 'relying on her spirits', but they rely on her? it always annoyed me because shes so strong and arguably has one of the best character developments ive ever seen in anime. i love her sm and she still makes me go :o

Think about it without her: Fairy tail would have lost in the tartaros arc Loke would have died Fairy tail wouldn't be back after they seperated The clock thingy wouldn't have been stopped (ya i forgot the name) The eclipse door wouldn't be closed And most importantly... i mean, she has caused a few major issues that happened to the fairy tail guild, like the phantom lord thing, and the celestial spirits going rogue on everyone but i think her positives definitely outweigh her negatives to the guild. this was def a prime example. i mean, taking on some of tartaros's best members, including mard geer himself... pretty damn impressive
I really feel bad for Lucy. First she loses her mother at a very young age. Then she loses her father after being gone for 7 years. Then she loses Michelle, her 'little sister'. Finally she loses Aquarius, the celestial spirit she confided in when she was younger because she was alone in the castle. And yet she's still strong and hasn't give up yet. For that I believe that she is a true warrior.
honestly, the reason why i started watching fairy tail was because of lucy. i see a lot of people compare her to sakura and calling her useless and stuff but i don't really think she's useless or weak. lucy's pretty strong on her own too, she was able to summon all her spirits at the same time and not to mention the zodiac king who was relying on her power to stay on the real world while she was fighting. she may not be reliable when it comes to fighting physically but lucy's a clever girl. she uses her mind and creates a plan in her head before engaging in a fight. and lastly she's a strong minded person, even if everything was too hard for her she never gave up. like really, what is your definition of weak and useless?
She's nothing like Sakura, from the very first episode she saved Natsu by throwing that boat out of the ocean and Natsu was no longer motion sick, she's the one that saved the whole guild from Tartarus and she found the plan to defeat acknologia and she's the one that casted that spell, she also used eclipse and came from the future to warm Natsu and save them from dying so again saving the whole kingdom and she was also the one that closed the eclipse gate preventing more dragons from entering, in every arc she has such major contribution to the guild and the world Sakura is actually useless in comparison
Lucy deserves more love honestly that girl has been thru some sh-t..here's a list.. Think about it she's been tortured, humilated(a lot), nearly been killed gob knows how many times.. her parent's died, her childhood friends BOTH tried to kill her, She WATCHED herself DIE..she had her conscience forcibly placed in a monster..she lost years of her life with her friends and loved ones being trapped on that island..she's been kidnapped, almost sawed in half, nearly eaten 4x, almost raped, been body swapped, forced to fight her friends, and was nearly executed for high treason.. no to mention the savage beatings she's endured over the series.. not to mention all provactative embarrassing crap Natsu and the gang have dragged her thru..oh and lets not forget nearly being drowned roasted alive turned into a statue twice, poisoned, and lets not forget she also was forced to sacrifice Aquarius to save everyone else too..but alas the list goes on.. Lucy's pulled miracles out of all that sh-t in friggin epic ways by shear grit and force of will she earned her magic upgrades even if they are a bit pervy at times out of everyone aside from Erza she's had it the worst.... Also ya gotta think about it..like this.. LUCY is the Main Protagonist NOT Natsu, the story is told through her point of view and without that point of view there would be no Fairy Tail story to be told..well her's and Mavis.. but that girl's another can of worms..so try to show the character at least a tad bit more respect I think by now she earned at least a little bit same with her V.A. they're the ones that had to voice all those emotions and dialogue after all for the viewers.. Not to mention she also Held her own against these a-holes.. while having to witness her friends get turned into living flesh dolls nearly blown up by cat man kaboom and was forced to fight to the point of blacking out.. which has happened more than once and let's not forget that perverted Ice monkey..*shudders* or the tentacle hair sh-t..

If you think about it, Lucy is the most powerful Celestial mage because she has most of the zodiac keys (the most powerful keys) and she knows star dress and she has been in the celestial world many times.
Let's be honest, Lucy saved everyone's ass. Fairy Tail would be done for if it wasn't for her. She sacrificed her strongest spirit and very first friend for the guild. Give my girl some credit! She did great.
Lucy saved the guild twice, first time is during Tatarous by scarifying her strongest celestial spirit (while she loved them the most). The second time is when everyone was being trapped in another dimension by Jacob during Avatar arc, she cleverly copies the abilities of Marin and bring everyone back. Of cause Cana saved everyone by keeping all the members into her cards before the whole being blown away by explosion.
Admit it. LUCY MADE A BIG CONTRIBUTION IN WINNING AGAINST THE TARTAROS. Gosh I love lucy so much. She suffer so much but her suffering was surely worthy. I just miss aquarius so much....

I feel like this is where Lucy shows most of her power because she summoned her most powerful spirits (Virgo, Leo, Aquarius) then through almost out of magic power she summons the most powerful celestial spirit ( The Celestial Spirit King) then discovering her star dresses then using a powerful celestial spell to defeat Jackal. Luv my girl. hate that no one was able to see it but Natsu already knew cuz he’s her lover 🥰🥰
And when you realized that she was out of magic bcs she just open 2 gates at once (aries and taurus) a few minutes ago then franmalth tortured and drained most of her magic power which she wasn't able to recover her magic power but still able to summon 3 spirits. And the celestial spirit king keep using lucy's magic power to stay in human world. And she was able to unlock star dress then she sacrificed all her magic power to cast urano metria to defeat jackal cz she knows thats the only way to defeat him cz all her spirit cant defeat him bcs of his curse, just touching him you'll die (shows how strong he is). But no one acknowledge her like after the battle of tartaros, no one asked if what happened when we got suck on a red tissue? and how did the cube crushed?, and there's a scene where droy and the other ask if where is natsu,erza or gajeel but didn't mention lucys name 😭(but im glad the dub mentioned her) then the part where they saved lucy, gajeel said "not bad for a WEAKLING" seriously?! THE SUFFER AND PAIN SHE WENT THROUGH and this what she got?! your lucky lucy still saved your as*es 😭. every one says she's weak. but who remembers she summoned all of he spirits to prove Luke that they do need him in the guild. she literally faced all the strong demons and still managed to fight and not give up . every one says she's weak because the writers made her wear less clothes. but she is strong

Agreed. Lucy may not physically strong like Natsu, Gray or Elfman, but she is strong. She has a strong, stubborn spirit and can turn her emotions into magic power. And if she runs out of magic, she still has that awesome whip that Virgo gave her.
Since the first episode Lucy's character has gotten stronger, with better graphics too. At the beginning she seemed a bit weak, but as the show progressed she got stronger. Now she proves to be a very powerful and rare mage. I think this arc shows that.

It is not the fault of the writers that people are close minded and don't understand what real power and strength are. Lucy who had not even be a full fledged wizard for long was able to accomplish feats of power that were straight up unthinkable like when she summoned all her spirits at the same time without using their keys and unleashed so much power the king himself stepped in. Anyone can say something like " oh Lucy weak or she’s nothing without her sprites" but that's true with any character in fairy tail. You take away natsu's dragon slayer magic and how strong would he be? Just because someone does not fight the same as others doesn't make them weak, same way raw attack power does not make someone strong.
I love Lucy so much. Lucy was the reason why I watch Fairy Tail and she is my favorite mc at all times. She's so pure and her love for her friends is so great.
I don't know why people hate on Lucy despite being shown this. Is it because she is usually placed as fan service? Or that she needed rescuing? Lucy was made to be that character, a normal wizard who wants to meet the most crazy and powerful guild, fairy tail. Her story and her progress is really a good plot for me (minus the too many fan service). I like how she's not like natsu or grey or erza who gets stronger with the power of friends and words. Like for example, during the nirvana arc, she was tough but she is a celestial mage so she's physically weak and she was helped. But that's fine because its normal. I really don't understand in anime how characters easily jumped from 0 to 200. She has limits as celestial wizard but people blame her? So she's not op but the girl has brain and is efficient on using what limitations she has, and that's what matters. She needs to be a damsel in distress from time to time as is her role amd to help the flow of the story. Without something to save, you won't be a hero. They always undermine Lucy because she needed help but people, she already said from the beginning she's just ordinary. She is the normal amidst the crazy and that's her role. Just because she's always on support doesn't mean she's useless. Are the people working behind the scenes in the movie useless? Are supporting characters in the movie useless? Those who deny Lucy's abilities and render her useless are people who only see the hero and not the people who made the hero.
It was stated early on that celestial mages are often weak and not very skilled in magic so they rely on spirits to aid them though most have the spirits do all the work and will die if they summon more than one spirit. Lucy summoned all of hers at once to save Leo and fights along side them

That's my fave part of her actually (besides from her celestial magic/star dresses). After watching this i swear if someone says Lucy is weak ...Lucy saved fairy tail all by her self. in this arc plus in edolas arc lucy is one of the members that goes in the edolas to save fairy tail(with powers ofc) she is the one who tried to bring the fairy tail guild back together. Im sorry but i just get raged when people call lucy weak just because she uses celestial magic,like she's one of the most powerfulest celestial wizards in fiore! she has almost all of the celestial keys(besides the ones yukino has),she can change into star dresses which no other celestial wizard can,she can summon almost 4-5 spirits at a time(and use a stardress),without her fairy tail would've lost from tartaros,she saved the guild plenty of times,she used fairy sphere,she summoned the celestial king to save loke,she dosen't use her spirits as shields but as friends,the guild never would of been back together after they seperated and lastly.....SHE IS THE MAIN PROTAGONIST NOT NATSU!
I watch this for so many years yet I only realize now that she is the only wizard who can summon the celestial wizard king herself but had to sacrifice aquarius in order to save everyone. Some people might think that she is weak, yes she is but as she joins the guild, she became more stronger and better. Thats how life works. And I hate the fact that people thinks she is weak but when she is fighting alone, she can defeat it.
Lucy is really strong. To those who doesn't read the manga and says she is weak(even though it's obvious she isn't), READ IT. You'll see how much she improved and how she has gotten stronger.
Lucy is actually really strong, sure in the beginning she wasn’t as strong as someone like Natsu, but Lucy was self taught with her magic, and a lot of other powerful wizards started learning magic at a more younger age. I think most people focus on how she’s a cry baby and sometimes the members need to save her, but when she’s fighting, you can see she’s very powerful, also if you think about it, if she was chosen to go the tenrou island to become a S-class wizard, then she would have because she figures out where mavis’s grave was all by herself, also I’m still mad about how in the grand magic games, her power got gut sucked out of her from the raven tail guy, but she would’ve won if it weren’t for him😔

She was so tough. She lost Aquarius ,than natsu and happy left her for a year. .yet she manage to stand still. The main reason why she is my favorite character of all.
I love how, often Aquarius is annoyed at Lucy, but deep down, she loves Lucy like family. And because of that love between them, HE was able to enter the battle.
For me, Lucy is the strongest mage and the most important character in Fairy tail . without her I don't think fairy tail will survive the Tartarus Arc and the Avatar Arc.

Watching this again just confirms Lucy was truly the MVP of the Tartaros arc. Removing Lucy from this arc leaves the Fairy team defeated. One of my favourite fights in Fairy Tail! Loved this video!!

She lost her mother, father and her best friend(aquarius). She declared a war against the whole spirit world on her own(MustageKing changed the rule for lucy). Lucy got hurt like sh1t in the tournament, because she couldn't go all out(they put a trap on the daughter of the gun family's daughter and Lucy wanted to protect them). Lucy is never hiding herself from a fight like a Nami. She changed the book of fcking Zeref(E.N.D. was the strongest one and for sure the harshest to change). She fcking transforms her clothes and gets the powers of 1 or 2 spirits ghosts, because she thought of herself as useless....WTF is wrong with her xD She can Summon 3 Celestial Spirits. She can Summon if she eants the Celestial King and she can order him around as she want. She is in short the fcking God of the spirit world and she can fight like a beast. She is underrated as hell.
The power of a stellar mage is in there connection to the spirit. No one alive loves stellar spirits as much as she dose. If she had only had a little more magical power(spirits use our power in our realm and don't have access to all there personal power while here) the fight between the king and whats his face would have been far shorter.
Does not anyone think that even natsu don't defeat jackall easily. Lucy too , but she did it fast and easily with the stardress. and because she has the stardress now , she is theoretically at the same level as natsu. Nah, she trained during the timeskip and can use the SD quite naturally, plus, she learns 1 or 2 new attacks in the Aqua Dress as well. Remember that she switched between them quite fast during her fights as well, so it's more likely that the fast switch and the more powerful attacks tire her out.

Literally one of my most favorite moments in fairy tail. It shows how powerful lucy is. Sure she's not the strongest physically, but she's the best supporter to all of them and without her and her support, I don't think others who are the strongest physically would've made it😌

Girl summoned 3 spirits at the same time, whilst in water, unbalanced.enough power to break a gold gate key to summon the celestial spirit king, actively gives him enough power to stay in the realm to fight t ponytail dude, activates Aquarius’s star dress form and defeats jackal, passes out, and still had enough magic to keep tick gate open to just abt petrify ponytail dude. All this by herself, alrdy partially drained. How ppl think Lucy is weak is crazy. She seems weak cuz everyone is strong but bfr in any normal guild she’d be one of if not the strongest member.

I don't understand why people think Lucy is weak. Lucy compared to the other members of Fairy Tail didn't start using her magic from an early age or to train every day. She was in a mansion protected from everything and everyone until she ran away from home,so she never could or had to train to increase her power until then. Meanwhile all the other characters have grown up in guilds fighting and using their powers all days. Lucy also has different magic than most people in the guild use. She is a stellar spirit mage,she does not specialize in making powerful fists that make enemies fly miles away,she uses her keys to open gates to lead the spirits out for accompany her in battle. She is a gateway between the two worlds to allow them to enter battle when she need them,but also the source. The higher her magical stamina is,the longer the spirits can stay out of their world and the more damage their attacks cause. Her body isn't sturdy enough for a hand-to-hand combat like most other characters,and that is why sometimes she is not able to cope with the opponent and ends up being beaten or saved by Natsu,but she too has her limits,she is not a beast that can destroy villages in minutes like Natsu or Gray,she is the brain of the group. Always think before she act and try to create a plan that could help her if she knows she couldn't make it,when other group members prefer to act without thinking. Do people criticize her for being saved a lot? I would like to remind you that Natsu and Lucy are both protagonists and immediately you have to set the fanservice between them and then prune their relationship to a turning point that from friends become something more and so on. This is why Lucy often gets in trouble and is saved. Do people criticize her for relying too much on others? Fairy Tail is the classic anime that carries the message of friendship forward. You can't do anything alone and you need friends you can trust and that can help you in time of need. The Guild is referred to us several times as a huge family,and what do you do in the family? We help each other if we have any problems. It's not like Elsa who can take a cannon hit and take no damage,her body despite all the shit she collects in challenging fights,it's not that strong. Is she referred to as a crybaby? Good,he is not heartless and has had a difficult life with losses that are no less than the other guild members. Everyone has suffered and certainly lost someone important or a family member. In Lucy's case,she lost her mother as a child and practically her father as well as he began to ignore her and segregate herself in the office seeing her only as a major profit. Only to later lose him for real after she returned from Tenrou. Her childhood friend,who she thought as a sister,tried to kill her by trying to imprison her in a giant time clock. She is nothing but targeted by other guilds and wizards who try to kidnap or eliminate her,or rape her in some cases. (only 2 I think) She then sacrificed Aquarius in order to save the guild by having to say goodbye to the only genuine parental figure she ever had after her mother's death. So yes,she is not a character who forgets that has seen death and after 2 minutes she continues her life as if nothing had happened. Lucy compared to the other characters has had a good development frankly. The other characters immediately appeared OP while Lucy at first was really weak compared to them,but each mission helped her increase her magical power,and she trained to receive these results. Some characters have the cliché of thinking about friendship and having a boost of pawer up which helps them beat the bad guy. With her,however,it didn't happen. She showed us that even if you are weak at the beginning,with hard training and the right determination you can achieve all that you want. As her magic has increased,her spirits have started to get stronger and have during greater,not to mention that they are now strong enough to open of their own free will its own portals,an example is Loki. Here she manages to summon 3 spirits one after the other,while fighting against an enemy who was fucking blasting her,to then summon the king of stellar spirits,who fed on Lucy's magic to be able to attack with his powers too,and then use the star dress with a superior spell. While the spell has consumed her powers,she has had enough to allow the king to undo the spell that kept the members of Fairy Tail trapped. She's so fucking OP man. She can destroy you if she uses the right cards.
In the first 20 episode I really hated Lucy because she was so weak and useless but as the anime continue I see her getting a lot stronger and now that I had read the Emperor Army (I don’t remember what was name) arc I see that she is a lot stronger than before! She’s an amazing character. I love her now and I regret hating her because I didn’t understand the fact that she wasn’t strong enough before because she wasn’t able to practice magic at a young age.
At first she was a little weak but she wasn't useless AT ALL because she IS and she WAS a BIG part of the plot. And she was able to practice magic at young age, she could summon Aquarius

I always thought of her as honestly having the highest magic power quantity out of anybody in the fairy tail guild short of Mavis and Makarov. None of this golden keys are cheap on how much magic power they take from their user and she is capable of summoning multiple ones at a time easily.

I really feel bad for Lucy. First she loses her mother at a very young age. Then she loses her father after being gone for 7 years. Then she loses Michelle, her 'little sister'. For that I believe that she is a true warrior.

honestly, the reason why i started watching fairy tail was because of lucy. i see a lot of people compare her to sakura and calling her useless and stuff but i don't really think she's useless or weak. lucy's pretty strong on her own too, she was able to summon all her spirits at the same time and not to mention the zodiac king who was relying on her power to stay on the real world while she was fighting. she may not be reliable when it comes to fighting physically but lucy's a clever girl. she uses her mind and creates a plan in her head before engaging in a fight. and lastly she's a strong minded person, even if everything was too hard for her she never gave up. like really, what is your definition of weak and useless?

The second time is when everyone was being trapped in another dimension by Jacob during Avatar arc, she cleverly copies the abilities of Marin and bring everyone back.
Of cause Cana saved everyone by keeping all the members into her cards before the whole being blown away by explosion.

Lucy was made to be that character, a normal wizard who wants to meet the most crazy and powerful guild, fairy tail. Her story and her progress is really a good plot for me (minus the too many fan service).
I like how she's not like natsu or grey or erza who gets stronger with the power of friends and words.
Like for example, during the nirvana arc, she was tough but she is a celestial mage so she's physically weak and she was helped. But that's fine because its normal. I really don't understand in anime how characters easily jumped from 0 to 200. She has limits as celestial wizard but people blame her? So she's not op but the girl has brain and is efficient on using what limitations she has, and that's what matters.
She needs to be a damsel in distress from time to time as is her role amd to help the flow of the story. Without something to save, you won't be a hero.

Lucy is actually really strong, sure in the beginning she wasn’t as strong as someone like Natsu, but Lucy was self taught with her magic, and a lot of other powerful wizards started learning magic at a more younger age. I think most people focus on how she’s a cry baby and sometimes the members need to save her, but when she’s fighting, you can see she’s very powerful, also if you think about it, if she was chosen to go the tenrou island to become a S-class wizard, then she would have because she figures out where mavis’s grave was all by herself, also I’m still mad about how in the grand magic games, her power got gut sucked out of her from the raven tail guy, but she would’ve won if it weren’t for him😔

I love how, often Aquarius is annoyed at Lucy, but deep down, she loves Lucy like family. And because of that love between them, HE was able to enter the battle.
For me, Lucy is the strongest mage and the most important character in Fairy tail . without her I don't think fairy tail will survive the Tartarus Arc and the Avatar Arc.

Watching this again just confirms Lucy was truly the MVP of the Tartaros arc. Removing Lucy from this arc leaves the Fairy team defeated. One of my favourite fights in Fairy Tail!

Yeah that made me mad to. She sacrificed Aquarius to summon the celestial spirit king in order for her friends to come back and fight tartoros.
She lost her mother, father and her best friend(aquarius). She declared a war against the whole spirit world on her own(MustageKing changed the rule for lucy). Lucy got hurt like sh1t in the tournament, because she couldn't go all out(they put a trap on the daughter of the gun family's daughter and Lucy wanted to protect them). Lucy is never hiding herself from a fight like a Nami. She changed the book of fcking Zeref(E.N.D. was the strongest one and for sure the harshest to change). She fcking transforms her clothes and gets the powers of 1 or 2 spirits ghosts, because she thought of herself as useless....WTF is wrong with her xD She can Summon 3 Celestial Spirits. She can Summon if she eants the Celestial King and she can order him around as she want. She is in short the fcking God of the spirit world and she can fight like a beast. She is underrated as hell.

The power of a stellar mage is in there connection to the spirit. No one alive loves stellar spirits as much as she dose. If she had only had a little more magical power(spirits use our power in our realm and don't have access to all there personal power while here) the fight between the king and whats his face would have been far shorter.

Nah, she trained during the timeskip and can use the SD quite naturally, plus, she learns 1 or 2 new attacks in the Aqua Dress as well. Remember that she switched between them quite fast during her fights as well, so it's more likely that the fast switch and the more powerful attacks tire her out.

Girl summoned 3 spirits at the same time, whilst in water, unbalanced.enough power to break a gold gate key to summon the celestial spirit king, actively gives him enough power to stay in the realm to fight t ponytail dude, activates Aquarius’s star dress form and defeats jackal, passes out, and still had enough magic to keep tick gate open to just abt petrify ponytail dude. All this by herself, alrdy partially drained. How ppl think Lucy is weak is crazy. She seems weak cuz everyone is strong but bfr in any normal guild she’d be one of if not the strongest member.

I don't understand why people think Lucy is weak.
Lucy compared to the other members of Fairy Tail didn't start using her magic from an early age or to train every day. She was in a mansion protected from everything and everyone until she ran away from home,so she never could or had to train to increase her power until then. Meanwhile all the other characters have grown up in guilds fighting and using their powers all days. Lucy also has different magic than most people in the guild use. She is a stellar spirit mage,she does not specialize in making powerful fists that make enemies fly miles away,she uses her keys to open gates to lead the spirits out for accompany her in battle. She is a gateway between the two worlds to allow them to enter battle when she need them,but also the source. The higher her magical stamina is,the longer the spirits can stay out of their world and the more damage their attacks cause. Her body isn't sturdy enough for a hand-to-hand combat like most other characters,and that is why sometimes she is not able to cope with the opponent and ends up being beaten or saved by Natsu,but she too has her limits,she is not a beast that can destroy villages in minutes like Natsu or Gray,she is the brain of the group. Always think before she act and try to create a plan that could help her if she knows she couldn't make it,when other group members prefer to act without thinking.

Good,he is not heartless and has had a difficult life with losses that are no less than the other guild members. Everyone has suffered and certainly lost someone important or a family member. In Lucy's case,she lost her mother as a child and practically her father as well as he began to ignore her and segregate herself in the office seeing her only as a major profit. Only to later lose him for real after she returned from Tenrou. Her childhood friend,who she thought as a sister,tried to kill her by trying to imprison her in a giant time clock. She is nothing but targeted by other guilds and wizards who try to kidnap or eliminate her,or rape her in some cases. (only 2 I think) She then sacrificed Aquarius in order to save the guild by having to say goodbye to the only genuine parental figure she ever had after her mother's death. So yes,she is not a character who forgets that has seen death and after 2 minutes she continues her life as if nothing had happened.
Lucy compared to the other characters has had a good development frankly. The other characters immediately appeared OP while Lucy at first was really weak compared to them,but each mission helped her increase her magical power,and she trained to receive these results. Some characters have the cliché of thinking about friendship and having a boost of pawer up which helps them beat the bad guy. With her,however,it didn't happen. She showed us that even if you are weak at the beginning,with hard training and the right determination you can achieve all that you want. As her magic has increased,her spirits have started to get stronger and have during greater,not to mention that they are now strong enough to open of their own free will its own portals,an example is Loki.
Here she manages to summon 3 spirits one after the other,while fighting against an enemy who was fucking blasting her,to then summon the king of stellar spirits,who fed on Lucy's magic to be able to attack with his powers too,and then use the star dress with a superior spell. While the spell has consumed her powers,she has had enough to allow the king to undo the spell that kept the members of Fairy Tail trapped.

In the first 20 episode I really hated Lucy because she was so weak and useless but as the anime continue I see her getting a lot stronger and now that I had read the Emperor Army (I don’t remember what was name) arc I see that she is a lot stronger than before! She’s an amazing character. I love her now and I regret hating her because I didn’t understand the fact that she wasn’t strong enough before because she wasn’t able to practice magic at a young age.
