There is no Azerbaijan or Armenian its music lets stop making things political.In the recent past wether Azeri, Armenian, Georgian , Lezgin, jew, Tat, Kurd , Persian or Talesh we coexisted in what is todays Armenia and Azerbaijan and it is what makes our cultures and its people so rich and similar.
we just have similar music that’s all. Take the Middle East for example their music is all similar sounding and they’re proud of it so how about we all embrace our similarities
