I made another world... and died to a falling dripstone while mining back up to surface. I have no clue where I was so there was no chance of getting my loot back. 3:00 is hilarious becouse he was staning on top of the enderpearl while he was eating the aple so as soon as he ate the apple he still was holding rightclick and the enderpearl basicly instandly ejected itself from this empty handslot xDD
I think his inventory was full so when he ate the apple he picked up the ender pearl and threw it by accident so I think that’s how he died

Nah, he ate the apple, which made that slot empty in which he picked up the enderpearl and since he was pressing right click for eating the apple he thre it, then as you may know enderpearl costs a little bit pf health and he was pretty low si he died. Not a bug
He have full inventory and when he ate the apple he was still holding it and threw the ender pearl hope that makes sense.
