No matter how well or sucky this movie did, that suit-up scene is probably one of the most amazing scenes I will ever see. I want a suit just like that
It was boring and it's action to dialog ratio didn't help. Tony also wasn't super funny or charming like he was in the first so that was a major set back on the film's behalf. It was rushed to hamfist Avengers stuff in it and a lot of content was cut for that. Iron Man 2 was originally going to be far more compelling and the plot more emotional towards Whiplash which might have helped quite a bit, however Marvel execs (Kevin Feige) and in extension Robert Downey Jr. didn't want the bad guy to have any empathy given to him, so yeah.
puffwad The two most immediate issues, as said by a reviewer I once watched: 1.) Tony and the villain hardly interact (they see each other in this scene and the end scene). Aside from their interactions, Tony doesn't even know the villain exists or is still a threat. 2.) Because of this, Tony spends most of the movie dealing with a problem that has nothing to do with the main conflict. Iron Man 3 does a great job od balancing Tony's villain fight with his PTSD, but this film fails to do that with Whiplash and his alcoholism/poisoning. 3.) Like +Nazrat84 said, their dialogue was less "witty back and forth" and more "be angry while shouting at each other at the same time so you can barely understand them", something that can even be seen in this scene here.
puffwad I like it, but its not great. This scene is actually one of the reasons why. I was really enjoying the film up to this point, which is where it meets its climax. That's the problem; like an over-excited teen copping a feel for the first time, it came too early - and like the girl getting touched up, we got a great beginning and then an hour or so of being let down. The film lost its momentum and never got it back. If it ended with an even greater showdown, it might have made us forgive that loss. But instead Whiplash gave us dozens of easily-disposable drones and then got his own ass whooped in no time flat. Its a good film, but its poorly paced and fails to live up to its predecessor,
To clear some doubts. the suit is not a typical ironman armour that tony stark wears for combat operation . This suit is just for emergency situations just to control the situation for the moment . The suit is light so that it can be carried around . The suit is weaker than his usual armours , has less endurance and lacks firepower . Suit can only make use of repulser beams and enhanced strength .
also the repulsor beams are half as powerful as the ones on his normal suits and the strength is not so big as on the other suits. Remember he was able to lift a car with the other suits but whit this one he only managed to push it a couple of meters out of the way. But just how you said, this suit is designed to make tony survive in this kind of situation long enough so he can make a run for it. Still a very cool suit though...
+Gideon Han So, how did Whiplash know that Tony was going to be on the racetrack, when it was a super-spontaneous decision? Just a little plot hole that is one of the things that ruined this movie.
+NerdGuy ok, that's not a plot hole. Whiplash didn't know tony was going to be in the race himself, he only knew that he was going to be at the event. when whiplash attacked the racetrack, his main goal wasn't to attack tony. he just wanted to show the world that stark's technology wasn't as good as everyone thought it was. the fact that tony ended up racing and allowed whiplash to attack him personally, was just an added bonus. you could have easily looked this up
+Gideon Han i personally like the whole trilogy, but 2 had some pretty glaring problems. . Not enough Iron Man action, when it is after all, an Iron Man movie... And no, the little fisticup portion with Rhodey/WM doesnt count XP. The fact that you saw Iron Man more in the 1st movie of all things, when he was barely developed is just plain silly. The final fight was just far too short. The hammer drones took the spotlight over whiplash far too long, and it ended in like a few seconds. This is also a nagging problem i had with Age of Ultron, when Ultron let his army do most of the actual fighting. I mean come on, show us a badass villain, and let him do his own dirty work. The villain was pretty disappointing. Hardly anything to really make me care about him or his motives. Easily forgettable. Stane/War Monger wasn't anything too special, but he had a far better fight with Tony, and had some decent villainous moments There are definitely more, but these are my biggest gripes.
He had servos and a crude framework all over his body. People who don't have that stuff still live, and as long as his "suit" still had power, his muscles could still move it. After Stark took out the Arc Reactor you could see his legs all messed up.
why do people overanalyze a film thats based off a comic hero? Just watch the movie and quit asking "why" does there have to be logic in a film based on fucking superheroes? jesus people on the internet are fucking retarded I swear.
Even though Iron Man 2 is the type of film that, looking back now that the MCU has been firmly established, doesn't hold up as well, I still find it a decent entry into the MCU, especially for when it was released. Iron Man on the other hand is a classic of comic book films and will always hold a special place due to it being the start of all of this Marvel madness.
+Glenn Tabar Left leg is curled inwards towards the thigh and the right boot falls off-nothing happened but it does look like he had something happen to them.
+Wariss Abedi Ikr, when ever I would watch this back when it came out on DVD, I would always think his feet/foot fell off and it drove me crazy, but im pretty sure his feet/foot didn't fall off.
I think this movie is underrated. There are a lot of enjoyable things going on. Is it perfect? Of course not. Nobody said it was, but I found a lot to like about it. The tense, anxious moments where they're trying to get the suit to Tony, and they think, "Okay, he's got the suit on, it's over now. He'll put this bastard down with ease." But not quite, Whiplash actually holds his own, and it looks like he's going to take him down, if only at first, before Iron Man gets the upper hand. I love Vanko's line about if you can make God bleed, people will cease to believe in him, and there will be blood in the water. Later on, Tony really believes that he will probably die, and he gets his affairs in order, appointing Pepper to run Stark Industries, while passing the mantle of protecting the people to Colonel Rhodes as War Machine/Iron Patriot. Two things Vanko didn't count on: Howard Stark was better than his father, technically and morally, and one other big thing he couldn't foresee: War Machine.
M3thodTSixshot The Mandarin wasn't the villain of Iron Man 3, it was Killian and the Extremis technology that was the real villain, The mandarin was a twist to make people believe that the character was out there when in reality it was just some actor pretending in order for Killian to make off with his plans, it was never a joke. It was just a different way of telling a story, Yes audiences wanted to see the actual mandarin and like you said from the marvel one shot in Thor the dark world, the Mandarin evidently does exist, So if they make another Iron Man Film they could bring in the real Mandarin as the villain, but it was never a joke, it was just a twist in story telling, they did their job and they did it very well so if people backlash this kind of storytelling, they didn't get what the film was trying to do at all.
bruninrod What's wrong with Whiplash? At least the concept of the energy whips is pretty unique in a superhero movie. Titanium Man? Guy in a giant suit, who shoots lasers. Crimson Dynamo? Guy in a giant suit, who shoots lasers. Try again. Living Laser? Doesn't make sense, because Iron Man was still pretty grounded pre-Avengers. Also, another laser-shooting guy. Mandarin? Too soon. Nothing wrong with Whiplash, great choice IMO.
While we are stating facts: This is a movie This is a movie about a guy flying around in a suit said suit is made up But your concerned about the weight of the suit.
ReynoldsWrap625 WTF YOU CLOWN ITS TOTALLY POSSIBLE TO BUILD A FLYING SUIT USING NEAR FUTURE FUSION TECHNOLOGY. REDUCING ITS WEIGHT THAT MUCH IS THE ISSUE. WHY DONT YOU STOP EMBARRASSING YOURSELF!
STDrepository Actually 1 Iron Man suit doesnt weigh more than around 25 pounds. Or about 11 kg. And the suitcase armor is even smaller, so its proboably just 15-20 pounds. Keep in mind that Iron Man isnt actually made of "Iron" its made of another realy expensive metal that weighs less.
This fight scene was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyy too short. Also, car rams Whiplash 3 times, he doesn't die. But he dies after Iron Man punches him 3 times and tosses him to the ground..???
Iron Man kicks a car.... SIDEWAYS.... Like 12 feet, and then still loses to Captain America and his fucking shield in Civil War. Every time I watch one of these fights I realize how ridiculous that outcome was.
Yeah because Captain America is sooooo weak, I mean all he did was hold a escaping helicopter with his bare hands while clinging to a bar...pff...no big deal.....
Commander Shepard Yeah, but Captain America SHOULDN'T be that strong, is what I'm saying. In the comics, Cap is said to have a maximum bench press of 1200 lbs. An average helicopter can lift over 2000 lbs. The entire time I was watching Civil War I was distracted by the fact that the movie makers were CLEARLY putting Cap in these situations where he could demonstrate how strong he was, so that people would think that he would pose a threat to Iron Man, but he SHOULDN'T. Plus, moving that car with a gentle kick like that where he was only applying pressure for MAYBE a second would require over 25 000 foot pounds of force. He carries this kind of firepower in a SUITCASE. Cap is done.
+Duncan Van Ooyen "in the comics" one thing you'd notice about MCU cap is they keep upgrading his power every movie. And it is understandable, because in the original 2012 avengers cap was pretty weak and meh, he didn't even look comparable to the rest of the big guys like iron man thor and hulk. So yeah, he is not that strong in the comic. But in MCU, he's seen endless buffs with no nerfs so. . .
1. Why is the police not shooting Whiplash if the SWAT is literally 3 seconds away? 3:18 2. Why is Pepper just screaming in the car instead of trying to get out? 3. I'm not even going into details about the rest of the car scene.... smh
Remember back when this was so damn cool? Now we have the suit that tracks his bracelets, the extremis suits, and now we're gonna get the bleeding edge armor in Civil War. It's a good time to be a marvel fan
to this day, i still think this is the best marvel movie made...and i really do dig the call back to the 90's animated series...unless he has a brief case armor in the comics and i'm just being a noob
Proves how essential writing IS. Iron man isn't even a tier one super hero yet he's the center of the marvel universe Unlike D.C. who has one of the most iconic characters in comics in SUPERMAN and the movies don't crack $700 million.
I love how all the seams in the suit magically disappear once the mask closes. It would've been much cooler (and less visually jarring / obvious CGI) if they'd left all the shut-lines in place. There is nothing wrong with the suitcase suit being less streamlined and more industrial looking than the other Marks.
its funny because whiplash gets rammed into a wall with a car 3 or 4 times and is fine but iron man flips him onto his back and he is all of a sudden severly stunned...
As you can see from the first smash, Whiplash is stunned for a little bit. The next few smashes, he is expecting it, and the car didn't get the momentum it had at first. The only reason Whiplash can't fight back is because once he is smashed down, Stark just rips his power source straight from the exoskeleton suit, and is then held by cops. Tony just caught him off guard with the flip. And then again; Tony's suit is quite stronger than a car, and Whiplashes armour isn't that protective.
Twerking Poro You'd think any hit from Iron Man or the car would've hurt him pretty bad. When I saw this in theatres, I was thinking "WHAT are this guy's powers again? He can't just be a guy in a suit! That fight would kill him!"
How does whiplash survive a full blown punch from Iron Man thats not really holding back? He should of had his face destroyed yet all he does is talk shit like he just had a sparring match
This is bullshit, Whiplash would be dead after being hit by that car, it's not like he's wearing armor? He has no healing factor? He's not a "god" of anything, this scene sucked! Or at the very least, ribs crushed and not being able to breathe...
Suspension of disbelief, Whiplash is slashing metal apart like nothing, Cars losing pieces. Road gets quake shaped lines... yet he hits Tony Stark and it simply trips him up instead of severing his leg.
Tony Stark, not Iron Man. If you are going to comment with the arrogant attitude at least realize what I am referring to. Tony was hit by his whips without wearing the suit before the armor up.
What do you expect? He can´t build a weapon out of broken car-pieces (at least not in a few seconds) And he is neither an Earth- nor metallbender so he can´t reform a car to be a sword
***** Well, he could've run away. Like look at the villain! He can't run with that shit on. It would've take at least minutes if not more to even catch Tony Stark running on the lane. What if he run's in the blind spot where the cars at? Okay, I'm not saying that Tony is bad, but this villain is kind of lame. I was thinking all along, what if he fucks up the tricking and cuts his head of. It would've been hilarious.
The concept of Iron-Man-suit-in-briefcase was a tribute to the depiction in the comics for many years of Stark wearing the tunic underneath his clothes & carrying a briefcase containing helmet, gauntlets/sleeves, boots/breeches, and "power pods" (his energy source before the "arc reactor" of the movies.
+mierzhen carbon fiber is a very tough material, its strength is comparable to titanium. Even if the car was made of aluminum, the "whip" should still be able to slice though the armor, the contact it had with the suit was several times longer than the amount of time it took to slice through the car.
As opposed to all the other scenes involving a man in a super weapon suit of armour, powered by a reactor the size of an apple, embedded into his chest, so that he can keep little bits of metal from entering his heart, using an electromagnet, that he randomly invented using bits of missiles, whilst kidnapped by terrorist and tied up in a cave. Those bits were all about the logic, right?
Well, although use is logical to bring the film a little closer to reality, it is still a work of New Furniture, and if the purpose of the film is entertaining, I think he can play outside once in a while the logic, you do not you think? -Google Translate-
This suit up is the 2nd best suit up i have seen (1st is nano tech) because it shows how it works and stuff but over all i just really like watching him do it
I miss the old iron man suits where they were bigger and bulky, with the big shoulders and chest, it made iron man look so badass I'm taking mk 1-7 I loved those suits. The news ones suck, they look so small and skinnier I hate it
oh, oh, so mark 5 (the one in the video) is bulky??? what about mark 44? mark 42? mark 43? mark 45? and literally every suit except this mark 5 are "bulky"
Couple of things I don't get about this scene - 1. Where was security? In the 5 minutes when Mickey Rourke sliced a Formula 1 Car in half most likely killing the driver and then causing a huge Formula 1 pile clusterf**k again resulting most likely in multiple driver deaths, why did no security guard or copper shoot him? He's not wearing armour or anything? It would have been easy! 2. Why wasn't Mickey Rourke squished when he got hit by a car into a wall? Lets assume that the whip suit is some sort of exo skeleton for argument sake but it doesn't negate him being hit by a speeding vehicle into a wall! Physics dictates that he should have been squelched especially since it happened three times. At the very least his bones should have been turned into mash potato and when the car reversed he should of sort of bonelessly flopped to the floor. 3. Why Whips - You have an arc reactor thingy which macguffins you limitless energy which you can use for stuff like super cutty whips and repulsor blasts etc. Why not a repulsor flame thrower or grenade launcher or something that isn't countered by Iron Man simply flying 20 feet off the ground and shooting your unarmoured ass with his extended arsenal of highly impressive smart guided laser based projectile repulsor weaponry.
Anyone notice that Whiplash misses his hits when aiming for Tony, but as soon as Tony puts on the armor he suddenly has the accuracy of Indiana Jones?
LMFAO,you sir deserve.........................
he was trying to dodge the hits at first but when he had the suit on he didn't care
+Gaming With Balance Thats Marvel movies for ya. Shit.
Haha hell yea deadly a curse once Toby wasn't a civilian anymore.
+RosieJonesRules are you saying marvel movies are bad?
The animation for the suitcase armor is just so god damn cool. No matter how many times I watch it I'll never grow tired of it..
6 66yzzz
Jackie Ohh Sgt popper here
And whiplash just f*cked the sh** out of his suit in like 2 slashes... sadly... i bet tony worked so hard on that suit
that's the reason whiplash stopped struggling mid way to watch tony put it on bruh
I agree! Best part of movie was this scene here for me! Suit case turn into his suit was badass!

You know what would have worked really well against Whiplash? Bullets.
Could've shot him with a sniper and this movie wouldn't be so damn long
The Lucarionite Not even a sniper, a regular handgun emptied in thegeneral direction of him must've been enough IMHO

I liked the civil wR one in the helicopter better.
Kaman_ da I posted this before I saw Civil War. The helicopter one is my new favorite.
CountryMusicMann that scene is just pure awesomeness. Plus the helicopter was pilotless.
Kaman_ da Ok, that's impressive. It's hard enough to get a car to drive itself, but a helicopter!?!?!

It was really bad. After seeing how good the first one was we should have never been given this crap sequel. Iron man 3 was only slightly better.

I absolutely loved this fight scene in Iron Man 2, Stark's always inventing better and better designed suits to fit the occasion!!!!
acutally the iron man suits diffrences are just the deploying system

STDrepository Actually 1 Iron Man suit doesnt weigh more than around 25 pounds. Or about 11 kg. And the suitcase armor is even smaller, so its proboably just 15-20 pounds. Keep in mind that Iron Man isnt actually made of "Iron" its made of another realy expensive metal that weighs less.
Rainbow Dash Its not heavy actually, its just about 20-25 pounds.
I really love how Pepper loses her shits and gets crazy, that is so me 😂😂😂
Damn, cause I feel a lot like Tony doin' somethin' risky and pissin' someone off. 😃
Best suit transformation ever!!!
This fight scene was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyy too short.
Also, car rams Whiplash 3 times, he doesn't die. But he dies after Iron Man punches him 3 times and tosses him to the ground..???
He didn't die he was beaten.
Well whatever. You get the point, haha.
:P yeah
Wildcatbball18 beaten with extreme prejudice I might add.
deljefe Haha yeah definitely.
Oh, no! It's Omega Crimson Whiplash Dynamo Red!
1:03 that face...such a great actor
I love the creativity for all the iron man suits
Iron Man kicks a car.... SIDEWAYS.... Like 12 feet, and then still loses to Captain America and his fucking shield in Civil War. Every time I watch one of these fights I realize how ridiculous that outcome was.
Captain America is also strong because of the Super Soldier serum.
+Duncan Van Ooyen Don't compare 616 to the MCU. They're both different, just like the Ultimate Universe.
2. Why is Pepper just screaming in the car instead of trying to get out?
3. I'm not even going into details about the rest of the car scene....
smh
By far the best transformation...
And them damn sound effects when he putting it on is 3kray!!
2:24 so whiplash is just watching getting Tony suit up
He is pinned to the fence by car.
Apparently ramming him with a 4000 lb car repeatedly has virtually no effect. Interesting.
bob jones He probably has some metal work or harness frameworked through his whole body. Probably has it for his penis too.
bob jones That harness may extend down around his legs.
ONE OF THE BEST PART OF THE MOVIE...
agree
It Is Love It...
Remember back when this was so damn cool? Now we have the suit that tracks his bracelets, the extremis suits, and now we're gonna get the bleeding edge armor in Civil War. It's a good time to be a marvel fan
ペッパーさんは怒ってる時もかわいいわ 社長とペッパーさんの関係性はニヤニヤしちゃう
This is my favorite Suit it might be one of the weakest but you can carry it in a suitcase which is awesome.
that my rfarvite suit SAS well
to this day, i still think this is the best marvel movie made...and i really do dig the call back to the 90's animated series...unless he has a brief case armor in the comics and i'm just being a noob
Who knew a few years later pepper would be wearing her own suit :)
Proves how essential writing IS. Iron man isn't even a tier one super hero yet he's the center of the marvel universe
Unlike D.C. who has one of the most iconic characters in comics in SUPERMAN and the movies don't crack $700 million.
I love how all the seams in the suit magically disappear once the mask closes. It would've been much cooler (and less visually jarring / obvious CGI) if they'd left all the shut-lines in place. There is nothing wrong with the suitcase suit being less streamlined and more industrial looking than the other Marks.
1:11 And that was not enough to kill him?
+Ygor Nimoy He was wearing also a plot armor.
+Hyper Or the suit is just that damn tough.
Jonathan Salvador It doesn't matter. His internal organs would become squished even if the suit wasn't penetrated.
+Ygor Nimoy its marvel... as long as its looks cool and people laugh, they dont care about the laws of physics
Jian Zhi Zhang That isn't a Marvel thing. That's a movie thing.
The Monaco gran prix is one of my favorites and so is this fight scene
Probably my favorite iron man suit, from suit up to how it looks, I love that metal and dark red combo
whos waching this in 2016
hey bro
0:46 when my dad sees my report card
“Are you out of your mind?! Get in the car right now!!” - she acted it so good xD
i love watching the mask of Ironman coming down on his face ... and the eyes glow like a badass :D
iron man logic: range hero vs melee villain, stand within range of melee attacks to fire shots
Another stellar performance from Mickey Rourke...
Loved this suit. Very handy having a suit you can carry around with you.
Why cant I stop rewinding the formation scene? O_o
+Dan Gar Cause it is an intense bad ass scene. I do the same.
its funny because whiplash gets rammed into a wall with a car 3 or 4 times and is fine but iron man flips him onto his back and he is all of a sudden severly stunned...
Not to be THAT guy, but wouldn't the car have broken Whiplash's legs?
roselle495 but i was still able to launch tony and the suit from a car to another... Lol.
Twerking Poro You'd think any hit from Iron Man or the car would've hurt him pretty bad. When I saw this in theatres, I was thinking "WHAT are this guy's powers again? He can't just be a guy in a suit! That fight would kill him!"
+James Gardner I know his mouth bleeds from a punch from Weak metal but a car doesn't kill him
Okay so I'm not alone in this. Whiplash is a normal human getting the snot beat out of him with a metal suit and a car...
i'd always find pepper's shout 'are you out of your mind?!' extremely funny
I'm just here for the part where he starts sparking up his whips! Gotta love it!
damn you nearly destroy my suit. You will pay for that!
How does whiplash survive a full blown punch from Iron Man thats not really holding back? He should of had his face destroyed yet all he does is talk shit like he just had a sparring match
+Hyperion Dark It's Mickey Rourke, he's already had his face destroyed.
+Hyperion Dark mind he was also hit by a car and was somewhat ok.
+ironman1181 oh well, Marvels logic
One of the Superhero RPG's has a rules setup that explains this whole thing..
+Hyperion Dark how did he get hit by a car and then 2 more times after that and still be able to move? lol
When rock music starts to play, you know there's no need to worry anymore : Irockman is here... x)
I love it when he suits up
This is bullshit, Whiplash would be dead after being hit by that car, it's not like he's wearing armor? He has no healing factor? He's not a "god" of anything, this scene sucked! Or at the very least, ribs crushed and not being able to breathe...
Uhhh, he was wearing a metal exoskeleton
*****
Indeed it does, look closely when it shows the full shot of Whiplash, look at the knees of his pants, you can see the metal under it.
Too bad the villain didn't do anything else until the very end of the movie.
This is one of the most underrated iron man fight scenes.
great job with the video
Suspension of disbelief, Whiplash is slashing metal apart like nothing, Cars losing pieces. Road gets quake shaped lines... yet he hits Tony Stark and it simply trips him up instead of severing his leg.
because cars were only made of aluminum, road was made of asphalt/cement, and Iron Man was made of Gold-Titanium alloy.
Thank you.
Tony Stark, not Iron Man. If you are going to comment with the arrogant attitude at least realize what I am referring to. Tony was hit by his whips without wearing the suit before the armor up.
0:28-0:31. Now shut up. ^.^
***** Muted this post, enjoy talking to yourself because you clearly like the sound of your own stupidity.
ZomIIXC That will surely change the fact you are wrong. Might as well mute the world while you're at it bro, you will never be wrong again!
Ok Tony you're supposed to be some sort of genius right? Hiding and hitting the dude with a piece of scrap metal is the best you got?
What do you expect?
He can´t build a weapon out of broken car-pieces (at least not in a few seconds)
And he is neither an Earth- nor metallbender so he can´t reform a car to be a sword
He was defenseless at that point
***** Well, he could've run away. Like look at the villain! He can't run with that shit on. It would've take at least minutes if not more to even catch Tony Stark running on the lane. What if he run's in the blind spot where the cars at? Okay, I'm not saying that Tony is bad, but this villain is kind of lame. I was thinking all along, what if he fucks up the tricking and cuts his head of. It would've been hilarious.
Wow I saw several of you on avatar videos -_-. Stop following me :p
feetwithtoes hee
To think that Toph can sonar scan the entire earth to find you doesn´t make it any better, doesn´t it?
This film was AWESOME!~
one of my favorite scenes!
蛇腹装甲のアイアンマンだけど持ち運びに便利そう。
銀と赤のメタリックボディもカッコ(≧∇≦*)イイ!!。
I know no Japanese, but I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess you enjoyed this scene.
I like the mark 5. Too bad they didn't keep the design.
Ivan: don't get too attached to things, learn to let go
Justin: you dare use my own spell against me potter
The concept of Iron-Man-suit-in-briefcase was a tribute to the depiction in the comics for many years of Stark wearing the tunic underneath his clothes & carrying a briefcase containing helmet, gauntlets/sleeves, boots/breeches, and "power pods" (his energy source before the "arc reactor" of the movies.
interestingly that whip can slice through a car but can't scratch the armor.
ikr
plot armor op
+jason dads It would make sense that his armor is more durable than a car
+jason dads that's because the car is made out of lightweight carbon fiber, and the armor is made out of a titanium alloy.
+mierzhen carbon fiber is a very tough material, its strength is comparable to titanium. Even if the car was made of aluminum, the "whip" should still be able to slice though the armor, the contact it had with the suit was several times longer than the amount of time it took to slice through the car.
This fight had 0 logic
NO!!!!!
Logic is for real life !
mrprotoman145
As opposed to all the other scenes involving a man in a super weapon suit of armour, powered by a reactor the size of an apple, embedded into his chest, so that he can keep little bits of metal from entering his heart, using an electromagnet, that he randomly invented using bits of missiles, whilst kidnapped by terrorist and tied up in a cave.
Those bits were all about the logic, right?
Well, although use is logical to bring the film a little closer to reality, it is still a work of New Furniture, and if the purpose of the film is entertaining, I think he can play outside once in a while the logic, you do not you think?
-Google Translate-
This suit up is the 2nd best suit up i have seen (1st is nano tech) because it shows how it works and stuff but over all i just really like watching him do it
I live how whiplash just waits or tony to suit up
+Tuniverse. dark He could not reach him, he was stuck between the car and gates.
Because the camera guy is rotating around him to get a good shot. . Duhhhh
I miss the old iron man suits where they were bigger and bulky, with the big shoulders and chest, it made iron man look so badass I'm taking mk 1-7 I loved those suits. The news ones suck, they look so small and skinnier I hate it
The one in this video is like the mk. 5
I agree I think the Mark 6 was the perfect size not to big, but not to small either.
oh, oh, so mark 5 (the one in the video) is bulky??? what about mark 44? mark 42? mark 43? mark 45? and literally every suit except this mark 5 are "bulky"
Oskari Eronen yeah ikr, the mark five is basically the smallest one out of them all
+WWE TV-14 they are small because tony was mass producing them because he got no sleep and was worried after the New York incident
can block tony's shot with his whip but fails to chop up anyone in the car lmao
Saw INFINITY WAR....this is still the best Iron man suit up scene!
You gotta love it when someone gets their ass kicked, spits blood and tells the other person they lost, lol!
Happy driving into the track into oncoming cars is just the stupidest thing ever
Couple of things I don't get about this scene -
This hd quality is great
Wow!Amazing!
Wow, you've just gotta love people over-analyzing a movie for the sake of realism.
Talk about fun-sucking vampires...
***** bom pra
Totally agree
Agreed. People are just trying to have fun and someone else has to ruin everything for everyone else. It's just a movie and a fun one
So how do we separate a good writer from a sloppy bad writer? Or is everything fun for you as long as it's on a screen?
Gaear Adan that's true. It can't really be that good of a movie unless the story is good, and I will admit this movie is a hit or miss.
at 3:20 if i was iron man i would make him a full power plus unibeam...
Iron man 2: Armor comes in suitcase w/ arc reactor.
Infinity War: Suit comes from arc reactor.
RIP iron man you will be missed
