When I work out I seem to max out around 170 maybe a little higher during a sprint, but not something I can maintain. However on a bike I can maintain 180’s for 20+ minutes. I’m not sure why. My only guess is adrenaline has something to do with it.
@@goofball1205 Sprinting doesn't really get your heart rate up, though it does make you feel gassed. But it's over too soon to really get your heart rate up. If you want to get it up there, run a 5k at a difficult pace for yourself and really push the last half mile or so.
Dang, 184bpm that's crazy haha, my adrenaline never really gets up doing stuff like this.
