@@AliIceberg my stress is due to my habit of over thinking negative things . i overthink alot about my past n my present also . in past many people insulted me traumatized me fought with me n some people insulted n blaimed me for the things that i hadnt even done . i an emotional person so i couldn't answer ths insult i just cried but those words of that person keep hurting me n then i become angry at myself thAt why i didn't insulted them too n feeling of revenge empowers me 😔 i cant study properly i cant sleep properly i just keep thinking these things n blaim myself .
