I went to Amazon hoping that you would have plans that I could buy to make this tripod, but I didn't see any. I wanted to upscale it a bit to make a crane for unloading large logs from a truck.
I used 3/4" thick ash. The double leg sections are around 36" long with a 20" adjustable extension on the bottom of each. The short boom arm (the bottom arm) is 34" long and the top arm is 52". Hope this helps!
