She goes into the defensive stats and his history with the Titans and other teams. Tim Kelly, the new tight ends coach for the Giants has an extensive offensive history as a coach and great experience coaching tight ends. Lastly, Adrianna talks her top picks for the Giants with the 6th overall draft pick for the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft.

Adrianna, I'm a new subscriber but I'm an old (67) NY Giants fan. I like your input on the new DC from the Titans. I wanted Dennard Wilson as my top choice, but he had some connections on the team he chose, so good for him. He didn't dis the Giants because he did have two strong interviews with them.I'm pretty sure Joe Schoen did his due diligence when deciding on bringing Bowen into the fold. I'm also sure that Ryan Cowden had some input to choosing Shane Bowen as the new DC. I actually like the recent moves they made involving the front office and coaching staff.
I really hope they are just paying legal respect to Jones due to his contract, and that they actually will be moving up to draft one of the top QB's in the upcoming NFL Draft (my favourite choice is Jayden Daniels). I want the Jones era to be finished. Jones is about has useful as the broken arm on your Eli figure (super glue is needed), Jones is a nice guy and he works hard to keep in shape, but how many TD's did he achieve in the first half of the games he played in before his most recent season ending injury? The answer is none.
I disagree with Tiki when he says the Giants should fix the OL before bringing in a new draft pick QB. It is true that the OL has been a disaster since before Eli retired, but some of the draft picks this year are generational picks, if you can get one of them, do it!
Thank you for watching! I absolutely agree with you. I think the Giants can build the line and draft a qb simulatenously. Why can't they? They can bring in a RT and possibly a RG in free agency and get their QB in the draft. I'm ok if they trade down to get Daniels or Maye - I love them both as well but that doesn't mean other teams are willing to trade with us if they love those guys too. Time will tell - we will find out on draft night. But I agree that I trust these guys. Schoen has done a good job so far in free agency and the draft and I believe with another good offseason under his belt, this team can drastically improve.
Totally agree with your point about Wink. I have no idea if his schemes were effective but they were a helluva lot of fun to watch.

Great insight as always Adrianna. Hard to argue with your picks - we need difference makers on offense! I am coming around to drafting a QB at 6 if it is Daniels, and I agree with your view on Alt. The one defensive player I would consider is a lock-down corner, DeJean from Iowa.
Ooh I will check him out. We absolutely need another one opposite Banks and would love a young talented player that can be an immediate starter. Let Hawkins continue to learn and develop and be ready to play if there are injuries.
DJ is the man. WR, OL, Edge. You're right, they need to draft a player for the exact position they need and stop moving them around.
Those are the big priorities for sure. This is apparently supposed to be a very deep o line class so it just doesn't make sense to me to draft ANOTHER LT to move him to RT. Just draft a god damn RT!!!

@@jongray4828 Would he have won the skills competition at the pro bowl? Even in the old school 90s competitions with agility added. Who beats him? The o line.

Totally agree. I feel like we might actually have some good depth on defense for a chance. I really trust the D coaching staff too. I just hope that Bowen will take advantage of the players strengths and utilize them and we could be cooking
Love the insight! Can't go wrong with either of the 3 guys you like... it all depends on what positions they want to try to upgrade through free agency compared to the draft! We shall see how it turns out.
Absolutely! And I think whoever they re-sign and add in free agency will give us a clue into who we might be drafting.
I’m not going to get upset about this choice but Schoen is the GM so this is your hire. Daboll is on the hot seat if we tank next year and I have to imagine that our team needs to show that we are close next year to having an identity. We lost our defensive identity a few years back and we’ve focused on offensive minded coaches and we don’t even have that.

Sure! I don't know the ins and outs of the contract process and how they all agreed to that but I know Joe Schoen has specifically mentioned drafts as being more risky than free agency so I can talk about that too - I think that played a role.
At least the staff is done for now. They can start focusing on building.

I dunno guys we like to say Dg reached but if the organization is sure that's their guy. Why wait in a bad draft for QBs? Mess around and end up with Haskins? (DJ Reach thought) Giants got screwed when Herbert went back to school.
Yea at 6. I love joe alt. Lol. Generational. I know they love Maye. If he ever got to 4th arz. Keep eyes on schoen making the move up .
At #6 I would like to see Brock Bowers, Brock Bowers, Brock Bowers or Brock Bowers. The 49ers have Kittel, the Chiefs have Kelce... Bowers is better than either one of those two. Immediate impact player.

2-3 pointless wins will have us not drafting our QB of the future … We have the worst outlook out of all the teams in the NFC east.
I disagree. If we lost those games and the players looked like shit, people would be begging for Daboll to be fired. The fact that they played strong, beat a division rival and fought it out til the end shows a lot about how the players feel about Daboll.
plus if they really want Maye, they'll do whatever they can to get him. Doesn't mean the other teams will cooperate though. They might want him too.
