@@JohannesMariaRunge I mean not 0 skill but 0 overwatch skill, like yeah aim is skill but widow doesn’t require the game sense of other heroes, a bronze 5 widow with good aim can be just as valuable as a gm widow with good aim. On widowmaker you could have absolutely no game sense or positioning knowledge but you’d still get value if you have good aim, unlike other characters where you need overwatch specific skill.
@@zntei2374 widow needs aim and a functional sense of hearing. That's it. Positioning is intuitive, or you can watch a 5 min youtube video for some random Dorado spots if you want. Cooldown management? What's that? How do I get the most value out of my ultimate? Just press Q, 15 seconds of no one gets to play the game. Widow is one of the worst when it comes to hero design, because the character is based way too much around just aim: and once you get good enough you just reap insane rewards. Which is evident when you look at the leaderboards. This hero needs a rework.
@@prismaticpaul exactly what I’m saying, she needs skill if you call a point and click adventure “skill.” She absolutely needs a nerf or rework, you don’t even need that insane of positioning if you have teammates to peel for you. This might be a hot take but season 7 was the last time the game was even remotely balanced (compared to now at least) before mauga, the sombra rework, the hp buff, and the gigatank patch. I’m not even gay and I’d blow someone at blizzard just for them to undo every balance patch since season 8 started.
