Annelie Se. I heard them for the first time this last Friday on Last Call. I watched all previous late night shows bands that night before this. Most Rap is not my favorite nor is New contemporary country, Gospel etc. But other than those I Love Music ♩🎸🎛🎶. Needless to say almost every other group on late night was rap or RAP & I think there was some nore RAP too. Where did Rock N' Roll dissaper to? Your also spot on with how they sound a bit like Nirvana & that's a major compliment! I'm talking late 1960's-most of the '70s though (disco ruled for 5 or 6 years. Then came along Poison, Ratt, Motley Crue Bon Jovi.. Hair metal. I was only 8th grade when Alternative music destroyed those hair sprayed make up wearing KISS wanna be' s. And then by the blessing from the Rock Gods the Seattle/Grunge swooped in to saved the day. Now I can't see far enough ahead if people like will ever happen again. RIP CHRIS CORNELL & CHESTER BENNIGTON. Why, what, who or how have our most beloved current Rock Stars turning up dead? I respect creativity & never judge Rap or it's listners I just am old I guess, that and I have incredible taste in music. I use to get paid good $ as a DJ & I've done many gigs from Schools, Parties. That's by far my favorite part about them! They have that old school Nirvana/Sleater Kinney/Breeders sound. How freaking refreshing is that? We need a new music revolution like we had when I was a teenager & Grunge/alternative came along & saved us from all the Glam Butt Rock of the 80's! Before rap was the only thing played on every radio station & ROck N Roll Was was KING!!! We need More I tell ya!!! More more MORE!
rock is still strong. check out the regrettes, starcrawler to start. they are very rock oriented bands. i love them both. they both put on amazing live shows. starcrawler is beyond amazing live.
Just saw them at Pot Of Gold 2017 in Chandler, AZ, first band of the day and they seriously deserved a way bigger crowd than what showed up that early. Never heard of them before, but I'm a fan now! Got 2 of their albums ordered the next day!
