The most beautiful scene of the video is when both hands are holding. Cheria does Julie so well, keeping her young, and possibly comforting her over the death of Gypsy.
Julie is such a great mom! She is firm but very caring and determined that little Cheria will be a well adjusted orangutan. She is looking more like Gypsy as she gets older. They are so sweet

The zookeepers hand raised Ceira for 2 years before finding a compatible surrogate for her to be paired with. Julie took to the job right away and is now showing Ceira just what it is to be an orangutang raised by an orangutang. Valentine had her own issues of which I don't think was her fault. Zoos have them and then pass them off to other zoos to mate and repopulate their stock. Unfortunately the Tama zoo was valentines 4th placement cause she didn't take well to the others. So before showing the world how stupid you are, you should really know what you are talking about. The world has too many ignorant people in it. Don't be a statistic.
sandy g gypsy was one of the oldest females in a zoo. She died about 2 years ago at the age of 64 I believe? My memory is getting hazy lately. Check the Tama zoo registry.
