THANK YOU SO MUCH I SPENT A WHOLE HOUR ON A QUESTION LIKE THIS JUST TO REALISE MY TEACHER NEVER TAUGHT THE FORMULA, THANK YOU SO MUCH KIND SIR I APPRECIATE IT VERY VERY MUCH
For the people struggling with length of the tangent from an external point, here is a simple method :) Length of tangent=√S1 Where S1 is the equation of circle but u just substitute the coordinates of the external point into the equation of circle ie x coordinate of external point gets substituted into all places of x in the given equation of circle and same with Y and then take root of the value you get :-D

i still dont get it. i have a similar question. think you could help?
i imagined cillian murphy teaching me because of the accent Lmao
Thanks
Thank you Sir
Hi, I wanna ask How do you get root 74? I use the distance between two point formula, and only get root . Thank you
use the length formula on pg 18 formulae and tables. ROOT(-5-2)^2 + (8-3)^2 = ROOT74
