My Bad for not responding sooner, to do the victory pose you have to look up and press 1 on your Keyboard. It requires Keyboard to do the pose but I'm think that you can pose on phone too probably.

@@techyofficial234 Go to Classic Sonic Simulator and go to a level that has sonic 1 or sonic cd and when you do that press right to switch to Pink sonic if that didn't work that means you didn't got the pink rose sonic, check if you gotten the pink rose sonic badge in classic Sonic Simulator, if you didn't then you didn't got Rank A Or Above
