Another idea that comes to mind is generating automated PDFs in brand design with a call summary after a call with a client or prospect. To build trust and show professionalism after the call. Can you imagine the client getting off the call and 2 min later he gets an automated email with an attachment of a 3-page PDF in awesome brand design with a call summary and a clickable button etc.
Imagine every prospect, that didn't buy on the call within 2 minutes gets such an email with a PDF attachment with call notes, pointers going forward, summary of the struggles he shared etc and a CTA through a clickable button build into the canva template. Imagine how many prospects might change their minds through this display of skill.
The canva API has so much potential and I am super excited for that, thank you again, Jack!

Hi Jack, what’s the difference between doing and posting straight from Canva to Instagram?
You have ZERO need to manually export and schedule posts; once they are made they will be posted on autopilot so it's a huge time saver
i think the time you will spend in scheduling your content, you can allocate to other things like content creation. so that you can create more and use automation to send them out instead of scheduling or posting 1 by 1 if u have so many content

@@Itssssss_Jack Ok I got it, I changed out airtable but the insta uploader got a problem...he operation failed with an error. The image format is not supported. (36001, OAuthException)

Great Automation but I struggle with Dropbox Make an API Call - I get following warning " Referenced module 'Dropbox - Make an API Call' [4] is not accessible." ANY IDEA? THANKS FOR HELPING.. Invalid reference in parameter 'body' of module 'dropbox:makeApiCall': Variable '4.path_lower' references not existing module '4'.

1. Reconnect or reinitialise the first module in your setup.
2. When setting up this first module, don't define any specific scopes. Leave the scope selection open or default.
3. This should allow all scopes to be available, rather than limiting access to just one specific scope.
4. After making this change, run your setup again, including the second module that was previously not working.
5. Check if this resolves the issue and allows the second module to function correctly.

i just bypassed Dropbox and use Upload to Google Drive then the next step is making the Drive folder "public" so any image files is public, then all you should need is IG for Business module and in the URL add in the Drive "Web Content Link"

Ah shoot - so it’s not possible to change the text directly in Canva? That is the important part.

Hey bro, that is a permissions error.
Here are he files from my community to set this one up using dropbox
Files: drive.google.com/drive/u/2/folders/1Sgno2HGdeTMA0MBteaO6pIzwdZ8w1_60
You can also get this one working by:
1) Go to the Dropbox App Console
2) Find your app and review its permissions
3) Ensure all necessary scopes are enabled (e.g., files.content.read, files.metadata.read, sharing.write)
4) Generate a New Access Token
5) Update Make
