i dont know what it is with people thinking ultraballs do anything better against legendaries than any other ball. the difference between a ultraball and a pokeball against a legendary is about 1 percent. while the price is much higher for ultraballs, they barily have a better chance. so youd save money to just use pokeballs. i myself just use whatever ball i want to catch a legendary with because of this small difference. the only notable difference on a legendary are timer balls and quickballs on turn 1. note: this only goes for the legendaries with the basic catch rate of 3. any pokemon or legendary even with a higher catch rate will have more of a significant difference between the kind of balls you use, but thats only for those who dont know how catch rates work i guess.
