Oh dear! This vlog just showed you're a realist. You know this face shit happens right? So don't feel bad, I felt how you felt (if that makes any sense)😅 our face goes out of shape with change of weather, water, product contents that your skin may not be so cool with especially if you've got oily skin, hormonal changes, menstrual cycle and just almost everything.. I'm glad you tackled it immediately and I'm hoping you're at your best now.

I forgot to add, I do jump ropes(skip) every morning and evening in my house, 70 skips in the morning, 70 skips in the evening, helps burn fat and tightens the abdomen. I've skipped ropes consistently for 5 months now.. I'm a size 8 too and my tummy is very, very flat😅 please try that.
