It's been twelve years it's time to get the ball rolling there's enough research now and the right people are getting in the right spots to legalize cannabis worldwide
1:37 Morally right "Drugs that Block Cannabinoid Receptors Seem Problematic Merck announced that its drug Taranabant (CB1 blocking) had caused unacceptable side effects (anxiety & depression) in a Phase III trial with obese patients. When an FDA panel unanimously rejected Sanofi’s application for Rimonabant (CB1 blocking). It cited sharp increase rates of anxiety, depression, SUICIDAL thoughts & mood disorders." The DANA Foundation
3:25 Marijuana decreases drive for Opiates "3 substances in chocolate and cocoa powder may mimic cannabinoid by activating receptors or increasing anandamide levels. Anandamide a lipid that binds to cannabinoid receptors and mimics the psychoactive effects of the drug. Chocolate is believed to enhance marijuana. A practical implication is the amount of marijuana needed may be DECREASED by using it with chocolate, reducing both the risks and cost associated with marijuana." PMID: 11363932
Where is all the supporters why are there are hardly any comments at all did this video get blocked already what happened all the Cannabis lovers out there and where is the support?
1:46 I look at the risk of the drug "If I had MS my drug of choice, Cannabis try it. For every age related disease the drug that should be tried first in my opinion is Marijuana. Before you go to these dangerous Pharmaceuticals that often have nasty side effects this stuff is working not on one individual target it's working on your whole body. Remember the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, this stuff is working everywhere." Dr. Melamede
2:16 Who is the Medical Marijuana user? "From my opinion, once you realize the magnitude of the impact that Cannabis has in a positive sense for most people most of the time, on our biochemistry. It should really be considered a food and an essential nutrient. Cannabis is always involved in all those different things because it involves the immune system, the digestive system, cardiovascular system, skin, nervous system, endocrine system, essentially it is involved in everything." Dr. Melamede
1:50 I look at the chance it's going to kill you "To achieve fatal concentration of THC one may have to smoke around 680 kilograms (1500 pounds) of Cannabis, in under 15 minutes. Little wonder there no documented human fatalities from a THC overdose." Akshat Rathi, Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry
God forbid that we should be in charge of our own medical care. We must not handle ourselves, someone must profit from our need. Why should we have to contend with pharms that are proven only after a generation reaps it's affects? For the sake of lawyers? I am not a user. I don't take prescriptions either. I'm one of the lucky ones...right now. But when that time comes, I would trust myself and a God given answer before man made greed.
thank you all
The ball is rolling again. 😊😊
