How did his Mom not know? He flew her and him in a private jet..... Like that should have been the give away something wasn't right. What a bad mom. My mom always watched what I got close so she could see if I was coming into money I shouldnt be. It wasnt till I was 18 tho that she found out what I did on the internet. She was with me when I was 13 and the FBI came to my house cause of low orbit ion cannon and the Anon wars against the Alien lovers. Oh well, doing this stuff is a Young mans game. Im 33 now. I work in cyber security ect ect ect. Had to choose the quick bag as the kids say and risk going to prison or switch to a 9-5 stopping people from doing stuff like this. Its a cat and mouse game always trying to find new exploits to patch ect.

Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling!

I find these guys interesting, but mostly wondering why they attempt these schemes. I'm not being pejorative, it's just that I've never even considered anything like this. It makes me wonder if it's just because I've never had the knowledge, or if there's another reason. I've never so much as shoplifted a candy bar. I wonder if it's just the fear of getting caught, or something else in my psyche. My father was a very honest man, and I think that rubbed off on me. I don't understand these folks. Of course, truth be told, I don't always understand my own motivations either! :))

      You're wondering why you're normal? 😂
Most people don't commit crimes, if they do it's out of desperation or mental health issues (typically) so yeah, if you had a safe, secure and comfortable upbringing with values then it's unlikely you'd commit a crime. Some still do, especially if they have advanced technical skills, in part for money, status and also to see if they can.
