@@haley9284 yea the pairing is very weird my girlfriend had a pair of headphones that showed up on the list and we tried pairing those… with absolutely no success I think it’s just the app to be honest

Were you able to connect? I guess you might need to remove the bluetooth paired device from your phone and repair them in the correct sequence.

I have the same problem. From what I can tell you need to have google location services on and set to find devices with location off. The website says they don't track location. Google on the otherhand is more than happy to sell that info that they record 24hrs a day.

I was struggling for months to commect my Venue headphones to the skullcandy app but did not have any luck. Then i read in the help section on the app and Venue headphones are not compatible with the app, amongst many others.

The old school crushers with the external wires above each speaker are not supported. Only the Crusher Evo and Crusher ANC. Those two won't pair with the app most of the time either.
